"This is a grand and luxurious hotel. However, the in-room facilities are a bit dated, and the decor is quite traditional and unremarkable. It's not bad, but it's not great either, and the same goes for the service. Overall, it's an acceptable stay if the price is right. That was our mindset when we booked, and in a nutshell, it was okay!"

"Excellent environment The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by picturesque scenery. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by the magnificent decor—luxurious yet warm. The lobby lounge area is thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of greenery and comfortable sofas, allowing me to relax while checking in. Complete Facilities The room was warm and comfortable, with every amenity I could think of. The bed was incredibly large, with a mattress that was just the right firmness, and a variety of fluffy pillows, making it incredibly comfortable. The room also had a large smart TV with a wide selection of movies and TV shows. The bathroom even had a bathtub. Intimate Service The hotel service was impeccable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt their warmth, and check-in was incredibly quick. Ms. Zheng recommended the best room type and even upgraded me. Five stars! I'm definitely staying here again. Cleanliness I was also very impressed with the cleanliness, which required a five. The room was thoroughly cleaned, leaving every corner spotless. The sheets and quilts are changed after each stay, and even have a faint scent of laundry detergent. The bathroom is odorless, and the mirror is so bright you can even see your reflection, which shows how strict the hotel's hygiene practices are. This stay at this hotel was truly amazing, exceeding my expectations! If you're visiting this area, definitely stay at this hotel; trust me, you won't be disappointed."

"Just checked in. A small gift was given for Valentine's Day (see picture 1). We stayed on the first floor. There's a bathtub (see picture 2), but it's too far away. We wanted to stay on the second floor, but were told the air conditioning wasn't working. Just walked up to our room, and the front desk guy said there were rooms decorated for Valentine's Day. The air conditioning was fine, so we moved to a room on the second floor (see picture 3). We had two breakfasts delivered. We parked in D4, and the front desk provided free parking. We also had two Cokes and orange juice slices. The bathrobes were excellent quality. The occupancy rate is so low, so it feels so empty, hahaha. Overall, the experience was very good. It would have been nice to have a bathtub on the second floor."

The rooms are cleaned meticulously and odorless, and the mattress feels very comfortable to sleep. The front desk service was gentle and courteous, and the details were full. "Stayed at Tonghua Yunfeng Hotel for 2 days and was unexpectedly good. The hotel has a separate parking lot for easy access. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, with a rest area and 4 kinds of health tea; the rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, the restaurant is rich in food and fresh ingredients. What is impressive is their service, whether it is the front desk staff, the restaurant service staff, the room cleaning staff are all smiles and greets, responsive. Practising the hotel's service tenet, ”Tibet ingenuity between square inches, and the service sees the truth.” Especially the front desk Mr. Xiaoma, thoughtful and meticulous, solved the problem I encountered in seconds, very touched!"

"The room was clean and tidy, there was no smell when I entered the door, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom has plenty of hot water and complete toiletries. The lighting and ventilation are very good, the facilities are complete, and the Wi‑ Fi network speed is stable. "It is very convenient to eat around the hotel. Although there are government projects around, the front desk arranged a room facing the residential area for work number 013-007, which is noise-free. The room is large, the bathroom is large, and it is clean. You can see the night view of the new passenger station from upstairs at night. The breakfast is rich, with both Chinese and Western food."
