"I booked this hotel last minute and found a small stain on the bedsheet upon checking in. Since I have very sensitive skin, I called the front desk. Even though it was already 12:30 AM, the staff member at the front desk was very kind and helped me change the sheets, for which I'm very grateful. The facilities are new, and it's conveniently located next to the high-speed rail station, with plenty of dining options at the nearby Xintiandi. It's also very close to the old town. The short-haired lady with glasses at the front desk (I didn't catch her name) was incredibly professional and friendly, providing me with a lot of help. Many thanks!"

"The hotel is in a good location, with many Yibin specialty restaurants nearby. The supporting parking lot is large and parking is convenient. The room is very big. I originally planned to stay for only one night. I wanted to stay one more day in Yibin and planned to extend my stay, but the online platform showed that there were no rooms. I found the front desk clerk Peng Lin and immediately coordinated a room for me to extend my stay. The service was thoughtful and I will stay here again next time I come to Yibin."
