"Stayed for 4 nights. The environment and service are 10 points. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is clean. I want to talk about the service. It focuses on one intention. Both the front desk and the restaurant can really meet the needs of customers, especially the big brother who is always near the elevator. (It sounds like the staff member is called Brother Yan) You can see him serving guests wholeheartedly from morning to night. When we were leaving, we saw a lot of luggage and the elderly and children took the initiative to help deliver it to the door. He answered all the questions patiently and meticulously. The ponytailed staff in the restaurant carefully checked whether the dishes were missing and replenished them in time every morning. They also reminded everyone before collecting the meal~ The only flaw is that the elevator is really difficult during the morning rush hour. To sit, you need to reserve time in advance. Others are very satisfied and recommended~"

"Before checking in, I contacted them via WeChat to sort out the arrangements. The concierge had already prepared our room perfectly, saving us the hassle of queuing up at reception. "The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. Parking was very convenient, and breakfast was good. My only confusion was why there were restrictions on the 'complimentary' drinking water. At checkout, another guest mentioned being charged for extra water, and it turned out I had also been caught out. (I saw a disposable toilet seat cover on the toilet and assumed it was free, but it was one of those flimsy, unusable types like on planes, so I threw it away.) They charged me 2 yuan for it! Having traveled extensively, this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Just a heads-up to be cautious. I hope the hotel doesn't lose customers by nickel-and-diming them."

It was a very thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. The hotel is very well located in the city center, which makes it highly convenient for business travel. The overall service reflects the Hilton standard — both the front desk and housekeeping teams are well-trained, professional, and hardworking. The breakfast was of good quality, and even when we arrived around 9:00 am, there was still fresh and hot food being served, which shows good service consistency. In addition, the hotel provides 24-hour self-service laundry facilities, which is very convenient for guests on business trips. In conclusion, this hotel is an excellent choice for short-term business stays in Yingkou. Highly recommended."

"I love this hotel. The reception area is beautiful with carp coy/ fish and a sweeping staircase leading to the restaurant . There's a cool bar with piano ( closed off at times) a hairdresser on site . Room is spacious and all the usual tea, coffee , water , fridge . Clean , comfy , reat shower , WiFi works perfectly. Breakfast is exceptional. Such a wide variety of dishes and the restaurant has big windows to see out to the busy crossroads below. You can also see the Temple , pagoda and the park entrance. It's a beautiful park ..well worth a visit , especially early morning to see locals doing tai chi etc. Opposite reception is a great bar , Rose Tavern that sometimes has live music . Turn right you'll see the Hilton hotel and there's a great pizza place within that building . Streets have convenience stores, flower shops , opticians quite a few salons . Left out of reception and straight on to the next busy crossroads there's Full mart supermarket . You're also fifteen minutes walk to the waterside promenade , church , and a great coffee shop inside the International hotel 15 mins from hotel to Wanda Plaza. I highly recommend a visit ."
