"The overall stay experience is great, the Holiday Inn Express brand is reliable and worry-free. The front desk staff was warm and polite, and the check-in was efficient and fast. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, good lighting and ventilation, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect was good, the toiletries were complete, and the wet and dry separation design was very intimate. Thank you very much for the handsome guy at the front desk, Xiao He (He Liang), the driving master Zhou and the front desk beauty Xiao Wei. In the morning, I went out to rainstorm and couldn't call the car. I tried to call the hotel. Xiao He answered the phone and asked Master Zhou to pick me up. Master Zhou was very careful and picked me up with an umbrella. It was raining heavily. He was wet in order to pick me up. Thank you very much! Xiao He and Xiao Wei at the front desk were very enthusiastic and helped us solve many problems."

"Excellent! The moment I stepped inside, I was amazed. It was very quiet, the room was large and comfortable, and the sound of frogs filled the room as soon as the kids entered. There were various fun activities for children in the room. It was also very convenient to get to Fantawild after the hotel, and it's easy to drive anywhere. I'd love to try their buffet brunch next time; it looked pretty good. The hotel also had many bergamot products, which had a very pleasant aroma. I loved them, and I would definitely stay here again if I came back. The service was also excellent. "Not very satisfied; it was quite different from my expectations. I forgot to take pictures of the room. There were about 10 black circles on the bathroom mirror. At first, I thought it was marks made by other guests that weren't cleaned properly, but it turned out to be a problem behind the glass. Secondly, there was an unpleasant odor when we entered the room. At first, I thought it was just my sensitive nose, but after asking my travel companions, they said it definitely smelled. The staff helped us change rooms several times, but the smell persisted, so we had no choice but to make do with the room."

Beautiful environment. Excellent service. Plenty of breakfast. Free laundry service. Located in the city center with convenient transportation. The famous Chen Yi Square in Lezhi is downstairs, and there's a whole street of restaurants nearby. A top choice for business trips!!!

Facilities: It's a five-minute drive to the hotel from Fantawild. The reception area is quite small, which was initially a bit disappointing. However, once I went upstairs, I found the entire hotel floor was quite large, and the rooms were also spacious. There were even projector dolls to watch. I booked a room with a balcony, which was very comfortable. The only slight inconvenience was the lack of clothes hanging area in the shower. Cleanliness: The toilet seat wasn't very clean; I forgot to take a picture, so I wiped it again with alcohol, which was a bit of a hassle. The bathroom drain wasn't very smooth, but it didn't overflow. Service: Breakfast included noodles and vegetables, which was acceptable. The main advantage was the cheap room rate, a fraction of the cost of the ”Boonie Bears” room. Overall, it was pretty good, and I would stay there again next time.

The room was surprisingly clean; the floors and countertops were spotless, and toiletries were neatly arranged, showing attention to detail. The extra-large smart mirror, with its fill light and defogging function, was especially impressive, making morning routines like washing up and applying makeup incredibly clear and convenient, instantly enhancing the ambiance. The TV in the room was crystal clear and smooth, allowing you to watch movies from bed. Combined with the comfortable bedding, it was a true private cinema experience, incredibly relaxing. Parking was super convenient, with ample spaces, so finding a parking spot was no problem for those driving. The front desk and room service were very attentive, responding promptly to any needs with a warm and considerate attitude, making the experience very comfortable. The overall environment was warm and elegant, the facilities were well-maintained, and the price was very reasonable. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, definitely a top choice in its price range, and I'll definitely stay here again! 👍

The stay experience was particularly satisfactory and the overall price was very high. The location of the hotel is very convenient, travel and eating are very worry-free. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out speed is very fast, the attitude is gentle and patient. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and the sleep was particularly stable. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and the hygiene is in place. The indoor facilities are complete, the lighting is soft, the air conditioning cooling and heating effect is good, the environment is quiet and not noisy, and it will not be disturbed at all. The corridors and public areas are also clean and odor-free, and the cleaning aunt cleans them in time. The rooms are very nice and beautifully designed. This is a very new hotel, currently considered one of the best in Anyue. The service is very attentive and dedicated. However, the only regret is that the quality of the hotel's renovations could be improved. The design is excellent, but the quality clearly shows that the renovation company's work is subpar. The bathroom in my room had some leaks and mold, which was a real letdown. This is a very good hotel, and I'm very much looking forward to their repairs.

This was my second stay at this old town hotel, and the renovations had been a great experience. It was clean and hygienic, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive, making me feel very comfortable. Although the hotel is located by the roadside, it's not noisy at all. The price is also quite reasonable, offering excellent value for money. Overall, this is a highly recommended old hotel.
