"The hotel is very nice and in a great location. It's not suitable for elderly people; the bathtub is slippery when getting in and out. There was very little soap; I asked for shampoo instead of shower gel, and the cups were paper. These are small details that could be greatly improved."

"The hotel is very good, the front desk speaks good English, so you don't have to worry about language problems. If you want to go to Bilbao, they can help you check the bus timetable in the counter system and then go to the bus station to buy tickets directly, which is more convenient. Otherwise, if you go directly to the Logrono train station (opposite the bus station), the ticket seller can hardly speak English. I bought the train tickets to Haro and Madrid at the train station by gesturing and writing. Of course, you can also buy directly from the machine, but the ticket machines in small places are often not working well. The hotel is very conveniently located, about 1,000 meters from the Logrono train station and only 500 meters from the Laurel Street snack bar. I missed breakfast on the day I left because I caught an early train, and the hotel was very considerate to help pack breakfast for me to take on the road."
