"I booked a single room for my family for one night before their flight back home the next day. They gave really good feedback, saying it was clean and hygienic. It's also very close to the train station, as well as T2 and T3 terminals. A simple breakfast was included."

"Stayed here before our morning flight and it was great. Couldn't get a better location, since it's inside the terminal complex. We stayed in a runway view room and it was cool to see the planes landing and taking off, and it wasn't much extra for the runway room compared to a normal. Staff were lovely at check in and the room was comfy and completely silent."

We arrived during a heatwave in the UK, stepping out of a stuffy, non-air-conditioned car feeling like we'd been in a sauna, into a wonderfully cool and air-conditioned hotel room. "The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast as a vegan was enjoyable with our vegan sausages and soya milk. It's a bust hotel but its clean and affordable... I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great stay."

"Customer service was terrible. Booking in process awful. Noise level in rooms is really bad if you are near a fire door as it slams shut all night in the corridor. Breakfast not great. Hotel was clean but window didn’t shut in room. No sleep"

"Just a 5-minute walk to Terminal 2 of the airport, which is super convenient for early morning flights! The fish and chips at the lobby restaurant on the first floor were delicious and not too expensive! The hotel room was quite clean, and the bed felt new and very comfortable!"

"5 days sight seeing visited museums and canal cruise, went to across bridge by train to Malmo visited old Castle/ museum . Good weather too."

"Check in was dreadful! On arrival 2 members of staff behind the reception desk were staring at a screen, I assumed they were dealing with 2 ladies standing slightly to one side, but when i managed to catch one of them's eye, he asked if he could help & seemed surprised that I was waiting to check in! I ushered forward the lady waiting in front of me. When my turn arrived I gave my name and that I had a room for 2 adults & a toddler & had requested a travel cot. I had no phone signal in the hotel so could not bring up my booking. He requested that I go outside to get signal which I did. On finding my online booking confirmation I went back inside & gave him the booking reference number to which he snappily told me it was wrong. I showed him. He asked me to write down my full name on a slip of paper the he proceeded to print off details of my booking thrust it at me & asked if that was me! He insisted that I had made a booking for 2 adults & 2 children. I read the booking details directly from my phone - 2 adults, one 2 year old, travel cot required. Eventually we were allocated our room & given the key. This whole process took 25 minutes, which also then put our restaurant reservation back. Not great with a tired & hungry 2 year old! (When we did get into our room, there was no travel cot. this was supplied later.) On a positive note, a member of staff who seemed to have some supervisory/managerial capacity did apologise and gave me free parking for the night. Other than this dreadful start, all was OK, just what one would expect from a premier inn."

"The staff at reception were very helpful. The cleaning staff were very friendly and kind - my daughter is very open and says hello to everyone, the staff were lovely with her and listened to her stories about her pet dragon (Toothless from HTTYD) The room we were given was large and clean. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choice."
