"I frequently visit Manchester Airport, and the front desk staff here are always very friendly. From Terminal 2, you take the elevator to the Departure level and follow the signs. Then, you head to the Station, take another elevator down to the first floor, and cross the road. It's a bit of a walk, but the distance is actually acceptable. The breakfast is decent, and the price is good. If you don't mind walking an extra five minutes, this is a great choice."

"Check in was dreadful! On arrival 2 members of staff behind the reception desk were staring at a screen, I assumed they were dealing with 2 ladies standing slightly to one side, but when i managed to catch one of them's eye, he asked if he could help & seemed surprised that I was waiting to check in! I ushered forward the lady waiting in front of me. When my turn arrived I gave my name and that I had a room for 2 adults & a toddler & had requested a travel cot. I had no phone signal in the hotel so could not bring up my booking. He requested that I go outside to get signal which I did. On finding my online booking confirmation I went back inside & gave him the booking reference number to which he snappily told me it was wrong. I showed him. He asked me to write down my full name on a slip of paper the he proceeded to print off details of my booking thrust it at me & asked if that was me! He insisted that I had made a booking for 2 adults & 2 children. I read the booking details directly from my phone - 2 adults, one 2 year old, travel cot required. Eventually we were allocated our room & given the key. This whole process took 25 minutes, which also then put our restaurant reservation back. Not great with a tired & hungry 2 year old! (When we did get into our room, there was no travel cot. this was supplied later.) On a positive note, a member of staff who seemed to have some supervisory/managerial capacity did apologise and gave me free parking for the night. Other than this dreadful start, all was OK, just what one would expect from a premier inn."

"This hotel is located right inside Manchester Airport, about a 10-minute walk to Terminal 2. It's quite a large hotel and always has a lot of guests. The service was so-so, but the cleanliness was acceptable. The room size was quite generous, which is rare in space-constrained England. From the room, you can see the airplane runway and the parking lot. At 10 PM, the sun was still out, and the airport was bustling with activity – it was quite interesting to watch."

"Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent, especially for those travelling via Manchester Airport. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was larger than I had expected. The only downside was the breakfast, which I felt was not worth paying extra for. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again."

"Hotel near Manchester Airport. Hilton hotels are always a guarantee of polite staff, but this hotel needs a renovation. It's very outdated and old-fashioned. In the room, there was no minibar, no complimentary water, no notepad, and no pen. Dinner and breakfast were good."

"The room design is good, the mattress pillow is very comfortable, very close to the airport, the price is right, the restaurant inside the hotel is very good for breakfast and dinner, it is very convenient to go to the city center of Manchester, it is very convenient to walk 0.7 miles to the bus station and transfer."

"Just a 5-minute walk to Terminal 2 of the airport, which is super convenient for early morning flights! The fish and chips at the lobby restaurant on the first floor were delicious and not too expensive! The hotel room was quite clean, and the bed felt new and very comfortable!"

"5 days sight seeing visited museums and canal cruise, went to across bridge by train to Malmo visited old Castle/ museum . Good weather too."

"The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast as a vegan was enjoyable with our vegan sausages and soya milk. It's a bust hotel but its clean and affordable... I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great stay."
