"Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended."

The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. "We had an amazing stay in the hotel. The service of DAFAM was amazing. They were very accommodating and helped us greatly. The rooms are spacious and clean in the non smoking area. Shower water was warm, but not hot. The breakfast buffet is good! With amazing coffee"

"The room service was excellent that day. My child has a dust allergy, so when I asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner, the room service attendant who was cleaning the next room offered me an air purifier. My child was fine until morning, no more sneezing."

"There is some upgrade on their tv’s, near wingstop. Would be great if deposit can be paid by card, so you guys didn’t need to tell us, the customer, to get the cash from ATM’s outside the hotel. Just imagine, you came across the island, come to hotel, and sent back to outside just to get a money for deposit? Fr dude"

"This is our 1st time to Pekan Baru with new experience staying in Khas Hotel. Very warm hospitality from the team. The room is spacious but they did not provide the mini fridge. So sad😣(to management team- pls take note).We have a issue with the shower but the team managed to settle the problem in a time.Located near to the airport about 20 minutes away.Easy to get Grab/Maxime. On the right side hotel there Makam Pahlawan. And the best thing, RM Pagi Sore is only opposite the hotel🤩"

"The air conditioning wasn't very cold. Maybe the gas was low... I asked technical staff to come take a look, but they only came to observe. I ended up sleeping without a blanket that night."
