"We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable! Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs. 10/10!"

"The location is not bad, close to the city hall and the old police station, diagonally opposite the cathedral, CBD, 5 minutes walk to the pier, a little far from the train station, 20 minutes walk, from the decoration to the courtesy is close to the domestic four-star hotel, we may have booked it late, the room is on the 2nd floor, the area is relatively small, the suitcases cannot be unfolded, the comfort is OK, if you are lucky, you can park downstairs, from 8:30 in the morning to 5 pm or something, 1.5 euros per hour, the underground parking lot next door is 18 euros for 24 hours, ask the front desk for the parking card and insert it into the entrance machine to activate it, the safety factor is beyond words, overall there is no pit, it is a good choice"

"The room was a bit small. When showering, only cold water had normal pressure; the warm or hot water pressure was extremely weak, making it take ages to rinse off the soap. If shower water pressure isn't a major concern for you, the nearby Carrefour is very convenient. The property has multiple entrances. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, but I genuinely cannot recommend the room."

"Amazing location—literally in the same building as La Spezia train station! Super convenient. The staff were incredibly attentive and even messaged in advance to ask about my arrival time so they could assist with check-in. They also allowed luggage storage after check-out, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!!!"

"Although the room still used a traditional key to open the door, it was very clean and had all the necessary amenities such as a kettle, tea bags, and toiletries. It was a 2-minute walk from Huodong Station, which was perfect for our Cinque Terre itinerary the next day!"

"Recommend this listing. Very close to the train station, within 10 minutes walk. Quiet neighborhood, no noise impact. Clean and tidy, comfortable bedding, impeccable sanitary ware. It was simply the best travel experience we’ve ever had. We chose this brand-new hotel for our honeymoon, and Cristina and Nicolo did their best to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Liguria, with its open-hearted people, fantastic sea views/nature, and calm way of life, is perfect for a romantic trip. We will keep the memories of Villa dei Poeti and Liguria with us forever. Hopefully, one day we’ll return to this place and these people. P.S. Thank you for the amazing service and compliments ❤️

It's a good walk from the station. The road to the hotel is a pedestrian road, so taxis don't go. I went to Naples 21 from the station and was guided by the staff. The staff took a destination on the app to tell me the wrong way Google Maps told me the wrong way I left my key in the room, but I solved it by phone. There are everything I need in the room. You can simply cook and eat, and there are microwave ovens, coffee pots, coffee machines, toasters, electric stoves, etc. There's a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine. There's a strange elevator, so you don't have to worry about heavy luggage. Spacious, comfortable and comfortable

As a transit hotel to Cinque Terre, the price is good. The room is spacious and clean, not to mention a complete set of kitchen utensils and tableware, it is very convenient to make some favorite food yourself. The landlord, Mr. Emmanuel, is very patient and is very useful for our parking reference.

The room was clean and tidy, 2 minutes away from the train station, because it was a self-check-in, I needed to get the password in advance to get the key, and I didn't have a password when I arrived at the hotel. I called the boss over to help me through the Internet phone before I checked in smoothly. In short, everything went smoothly!

I LOVE this place! It's right up the town of La Spezia. Excellent ”hide-away”, though it's a bit of a challenge to get there. Up the narrow winding road that leads up to this hidden gem of a location. Beautiful & fresh mountain views and excellent fresh mountain air! The beds were comfortable - firm which is to my liking & toilet was a decent size. Breakfast was surprisingly decently spread despite only 2 families being there (including myself) from 0800-1000. We were given the GND Floor room, which is superb because it opens up to the outdoor lounge are which overlooks the beautiful harbour of La Spezia. Don't expect much as there are no facilities - this is a 2 star hotel/accommodation.

Positive review. The host is extremely friendly. Self check-in is available, which is really convenient for travelers. The property is also very close to the train station. Overall, everything is great. The only downside is that the air conditioner does not provide sufficient cooling. It is not much of an issue under normal weather conditions, but it can feel uncomfortable during heatwaves.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was conveniently close to the train station. However, there was no front desk reception, and guests checking in after 11:00 AM needed to contact the hotel in advance, but the contact information was inconvenient; there was no email address, and the phone message wasn't in English. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak; I couldn't connect to the internet once I entered the room.

Good hotel, 5 minutes from train station to get into Cinque Terre. Off road parking facilities on site were very convenient and secure and I would recommend booking. Breakfast was the usual fare, OK but not spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but basic but cannot complain about anything

The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, decent location compared to the train station and port if visiting Cinque Terre. You need to contact the company beforehand to get the entry codes on WhatsApp. There's some nice restaurants nearby and parking after 8 PM is free right by the hotel. Nice for a night, but nothing special about the hotel or area.
