I was really satisfied with this hotel! Basic English communication was fine, the environment was great, and the 7th-floor terrace offered fantastic views. There are fireworks every Saturday at American Village, and you can watch the show directly from the balcony of rooms facing American Village. The restaurant was also very good, and I loved the towel basket in the room – a huge plus for me! Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

Bringing my son here for his birthday celebration. The room was fully equipped with pots and pans, the dining table was beautiful, and the sofas and chairs were comfortable. The flower shop on the first floor smelled wonderful. The location is five stars! There's a convenience store downstairs, a 7-Eleven just around the corner, and lots of restaurants. Matsuya is in the same row, and you can see McDonald's 🍔, so you can walk to AW Burger 🍔. The kids' meals at the Charm House downstairs are a great deal, and you can pick out toys. The conveyor belt sushi line is always long… There's also a Daikoku Pharmacy nearby. Honestly, I'd definitely stay here again! 😆

Highly recommend this hotel! The room has everything you need: a fridge, kettle, and stove, plus a washing machine and dryer, which were incredibly helpful during our trip. The room also has air conditioning and ventilation, which is a big plus. It's very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. We recommend it!

Clean, spacious room, conveniently situated relatively close to the ocean and American Village. Also offer free beach towel and bicycle renting, which even further improves convenience. Free breakfast includes a drink and an assortment of small, warm croissants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Staying at this beachfront hotel was a great experience. The location is super convenient, with beautiful ocean views right outside. The room was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing vacation in Okinawa. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. I kept emailing daily asking how to check-in, but customer service only responded by asking what time I'd arrive and if I needed parking. In the end, I waited 40 minutes at the entrance before I could check in. Actually, customer service could have easily told me beforehand that upon arrival, I just needed to dial 3 on the phone at the entrance to reach the housekeeper. I eventually had to get Ctrip to contact the housekeeper for me. If the check-in had been smooth, I would have had a much better experience. This apartment is big, clean, and very quiet, with complete facilities, including kitchenware and a washer/dryer. Finally, a heads-up: don't expect to walk if you choose this apartment. We always took a taxi, and it still cost 900 JPY to get to American Village.

Regarding the bathrooms, it would be good to ensure that paper for drying hands is always available, and to improve the maintenance of the air ducts to create a fresher and more comfortable environment. With some small improvements in ventilation and organization, the property could offer an even better experience while maintaining its strong points.

Mango Resort was a great find - conveniently located close to Sunabe sea wall, American Village, restaurants etcc at a great price! My double bed room was compact but is cozy and worked great for a solo traveler (refrigerator, kitchenette, hot shower etc) Unit even had a washer/dryer but it was out of service during my stay. Check-in is via call center once you arrive at the property - make sure you have the door code to the building to enter!! Overall, excellent stay and I plan to return 😀
