Hamamatsu Hotels with Wifi

"Chosen a non-smoking twin room. The room was spacious enough to open two big laugaue cases. Room are quite and beds are comfort. Shopping Malls and supermarket nearby. There is a carpark in the Hotel. If you don't drive, about 10 minutes walk to JR station or 600 yen of taxi fee or take al bus. We liked the welcome drinks bar very much, 24 hours open and self-service. Imagine that drinking a glass of cold drink after a walk in a very hot day, satisfactory."

"An exceptional hotel with superb value for money and an excellent stay experience! 👍 First off, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly. The room was spacious, and I loved the dimly lit lounge area before entering both the indoor and outdoor hot springs. Plus, the hotel boasts a pool with lake views! 👍 The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and as a vegetarian, I found plenty of delicious options. The Vegetarian Lasagna was particularly good! To top it off, the hotel lobby on the ground floor even offered complimentary drinks and snacks for three hours during certain periods – what a pleasant surprise! More importantly, the hotel is located on the shores of Lake Hamana in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture. It's a peaceful retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle. As someone who enjoys morning runs, the lakeside trail was perfect for jogging. The serene and beautiful lake views in the morning, coupled with the fresh air, made it an ideal place to relax and rejuvenate. 👍 I definitely plan on staying here for a few days every year! 🌹🌹🌹 Thank you, Trip.com, for helping me discover this wonderful hotel!"

"Amenity is placed next to the front desk and you can take it to your room as needed. I feel like that's the best thing to do in this day and age. Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast. There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink."

"We had a lovely two days stay in this hotel and on the first morning of our stay, I told my partner that I love this hotel. I had stayed at different hotels all over Japan and so far this is the best for me. The staffs are all hundred percent kind and helpful. The room they gave us is pretty comfortable and with a nice view. The free breakfast food delicious and food staff are all nice and pleasant."

"Super views from the 42nd floor. Gets better as the night draws in and the city lights come on. Location is very convenient being right next to the train station and close to lots of eateries. Staff were polite and helpful but just that, would’ve liked a bit more friendliness. They knew it was our anniversary but not one congratulated us. Overall we love this hotel especially with its music theme evident throughout, eg the elevator decorations and the piano keys on the floor. Very arty and will definitely come back again one day 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏"

"The size of the hotel was good. The bad thing is the staff who responded at check-in. When I asked about the room number, it was written on the paper. I asked a question because I didn't know even if it was written. I don't think I need to explain anything because it was written. I didn't show you the breakfast venue. I heard it myself. I didn't tell you that there was no amenities in the room."

"A simple spacious room with 4 beds that accommodates our family of 4. The bathroom is rather compact but it's clean. Walking distance to Hamamatsu station with few malls nearby."

"Lots of good, one bad for me that really impacted the score. Rooms are recently refurbished, large spacious and well equipped. USB-C sockets everywhere, along with all the expected toiletries that most other hotels stopped providing a while back - vanity kit, hair bands, sewing kit, razor, etc. etc. Beds are hard and pillows too soft but this is normal for Japan. What really killed it for me was an unknown, unwritten surcharge for use of the onsen (public bath), swimming pool and gym. Not only was this an additional 1650yen per person, but this is a per-day fee and the same for a child irrespective of age. To top it off the swimming pool was out of action due to maintenance all 4 nights we stayed, and the onsen itself holds 4 only and has a single hot bath and has yet to be refurbished to any kind of standard equivalent to the rooms. This soured the entire experience adding an additional 3300x4 fee to our stay. I wouldn't normally pay but this was a trip I'd promised my son for some time and he adores onsen. So how could I let him down?"

"I had an excellent stay at the Hamamatsu Marriott Hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it one of the best nights' sleep I've had during my trip. The room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many popular attractions reachable within an hour's drive, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding area. What impressed me most was the staff. They were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests or questions. Their excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend the Hamamatsu Marriott Hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, convenient location, and outstanding hospitality."
