Hamamatsu Hotels with Wifi

The place is exactly like in the photos. The room was very clean and plenty of space even after opening 2 luggages. The queen bed is huge and very comfortable. Toilet and shower is also very clean, but slightly cramp (usual jap style). Wet and dry area is separated. Warm water comes quickly and the water pressure in the shower is strong. The onsen was excellent, with a password for the female bath due to security reasons. Free wifi is very strong. Hotel is easy to find, and walking distance from the shinkansen (head towards the direction of the bus interchange). There is a convenience store on the opposite road. One of the staff speaks good english and assisted us promptly. There is a welcome drink and able to get additional pillows from the counter. Will stay again

We had a lovely two days stay in this hotel and on the first morning of our stay, I told my partner that I love this hotel. I had stayed at different hotels all over Japan and so far this is the best for me. The staffs are all hundred percent kind and helpful. The room they gave us is pretty comfortable and with a nice view. The free breakfast food delicious and food staff are all nice and pleasant.

When I checked in today, the staff at the entrance were very helpful and assisted me in finding a parking space. There's a parking lot available, so there's no extra parking fee. When I got to the counter, the staff were very responsive and immediately showed me my booking confirmation to verify my name. I'm staying on the 17th floor today, and the view is fantastic. I highly recommend this room!

It's generally clean, has all the necessary amenities, and offers good value for money. It's within walking distance of Hamamatsu Castle and there's a Starbucks nearby.

Amenity is placed next to the front desk and you can take it to your room as needed. I feel like that's the best thing to do in this day and age. Breakfast is delicious no matter what you eat. Personally, I recommend the freshly baked bread. I had a well-balanced breakfast. There's a convenience store right in front of it, and it's about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, so it's great to have a hotel right next to the station if you want to eat or drink.

I booked a room with breakfast, and they kindly upgraded me to a better room on arrival, which made my stay very comfortable. They were also happy to accommodate my requests, and the breakfast was delicious. The hot springs had about three different open-air baths, allowing for a very relaxing experience. The city center is about a 30-minute drive, which feels a bit far, but it’s very close to Lake Hamana, Maisaka Station, and the ocean, so the location is excellent depending on where you plan to go. This was my third time staying at a Mercure hotel, and Hamamatsu was the most relaxing by far. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Rented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly. Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.

We booked in October for our family of three, hoping to enjoy the view of Lake Hamana and explore the surrounding area at the end of the year. The weather was beautiful, the view from our hotel room window was beautiful, and the room was larger than we expected, allowing three adults to relax comfortably. We had requested parking, so we were able to easily bring our luggage in. We ended up going out a bit late in the evening, but the large public bath was open until midnight, so we were able to enjoy a relaxing soak. It's conveniently located near the station. The hotel is a little old, and there weren't many electrical outlets, so I'm giving it four stars. The staff were all very kind, and I'd definitely like to stay here again.

The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the train station, making transportation very convenient. A complimentary drink (including alcoholic beverages) is included with check-in. The room is a good size, clean and tidy, and the free breakfast is simple yet sufficient. Excellent value for money, extremely satisfied.
