A beautiful quaint guesthouse with a goat pet. Ben san and Kaori san were great host. I had dinner at the guest house which was beautifully presented. It was a 5 course italian theme meal with coffee. Thr gurst house is a littlr further from train station but pick up can be arranged. There were many restaurants within walking distance from the guest house. Several Walking and hiking trails are doable from guesthouse. The walls were not totally soundproof, but no issue in japan. My room had a sun roof which was great but it also woke me up with the sun light shinning through early morning. May not be a bad thing as it helped tp start the day early.

I was satisfied almost the same as the hotel You can have breakfast and prepare it on the terrace. I felt very good from the morning. I would like to stay again Because it is a neighborhood of a Japanese restaurant called Hideyoshi, dinner is also available It's a very good inn without any problems.

I made a reservation on the day! Despite the fact that check-in was about 2 hours later than the principle due to the schedule, it was helpful to respond flexibly 🙏　 It's a hotel in the mountains, so if you're not used to mountain roads, you may be quite anxious at night lol When you arrive, the master will be careful to turn on the entire hotel lights so that it's easy to understand. He was doing it! The hall is very beautiful, and it seems that there is a tea specialty store on the first floor for lunch. The room is a little old, but it was very clean and spacious 々 and it was easy to spend! Amenities were basic, such as towels, toothbrushes, shampoo body soaps! (There is no pajamas, so it is essential to bring it yourself) I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

施設の問題なのでどうにもなりませんが、 下の階や廊下の音がよく響くので ゆっくり休むにはちょっと気になると思います。 デスクライトやベッドライトはないので 部屋の電気を壁のスィツチで消すと困ります。 ツィンの部屋でスイッチのある壁側ではないベッドを使う場合(エコのため一つだけにするよう要請あり)、 携帯の灯りを頼りにするほかなくなります。

The building was old, but it was hand-made and clean. The hot spring in the large bath was also pleasant. I was able to spend very slowly.

The hotel front desk was very kind and friendly I was happy with the polite response of the breakfast hall and the cheerful greeting Hot springs are also full of amenities and are helpful I would like to use this next time I visit this area.

One mistake ruined our fun family trip. The hotel service and the staff were wonderful. I'm sure they had a pleasant stay. However, they didn't check the food allergies that we had requested twice in advance, and as a result, my daughter's condition suddenly worsened after the dinner appetizer. She was taken to Yamanashi Prefectural Central Hospital by ambulance. She was able to return to the hotel that same day, but she was not allowed to take a bath, and could not have breakfast the next morning, and she was in a coma during her stay at the hotel. Since she was unable to have dinner or breakfast, we were offered a refund, which we received, but I cannot understand why she came to a resort, was taken away in an ambulance, and instead of feeling refreshed, she became even more tired, and we were charged the full accommodation fee. We spent half of our stay in the ambulance. We were exhausted and had to change our plans the next day to return home early. I hope the hotel understands that one oversight ruined our family's summer vacation.
