"This hotel offers convenient ski-in/ski-out access, perfect for skiers. The open-air onsen is fantastic; a soak after a day on the slopes really helps to relieve fatigue! The room was spacious, but unfortunately, the central air conditioning meant guests couldn't adjust the room temperature, making it a bit too warm. The buffet breakfast and dinner, especially the Japanese food, were decent, but the Western options were just average. Overall, it was okay."

"The hotel is very close to the Tsugaike Kogen ski gondola, which is super convenient. The place is clean and has a very homey vibe. I really loved it. Since I came at the end of ski season, it was very quiet with not many people around, which made it even more relaxing. One funny moment was arriving at night, we had to check in at Unplanned 1 but our room was at Unplanned 2, so we got a bit lost. Overall, everything was great and I’d definitely recommend staying here!"

"Very satisfied with the accommodation! If you take the bus yourself, you can ask the guesthouse to arrange a private car to pick you up from Tsugaike Kogen Bus stop (reservations can only be made by phone). The rooms are the same as in the photos, the rooms on the 2nd floor have bathrooms, but the rooms on the 3rd floor do not. The restaurant overlooks the ski resort, and there is free wine during happy hour and dinner. I've stayed in many other B&Bs and hotels that require additional fees. The outdoor hot spring is a bit small and will be crowded if there are more than 4 people. Highly recommended"

"Hotel is great and staff is very accommodating. We arrived very early and they were able to take our bags so that we can start skiing. The property is a bit of a hike (up and down) from Tsugaike ski place which was a bit tricky for me with ski boots but my son was ok with his snowboard shoes. There is a convenience store on the way though but onigiri supplies often run out at the end of day, so you need to get there early."

"A very cost-effective family-run hotel. The hotel picks up and drops off at the ski resort, and there is a ski slope that allows you to ski directly back to the hotel. There are rich delicacies in the morning and evening, and a small but beautiful hot spring. The snow is really heavy 😃! In addition, my daughter's phone fell on the snow, and the hotel owner and staff helped to find it together, which is very humane! We will definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is 10 minutes near the snow field, which is ski in ski out. The room can be seen directly from the slope. Breakfast and dinner are 10 points satisfied. Zhongyou lounge can pay for the same type of wine. The proprietress is 10 points hospitable! The hotel has a large bath, relax after the sun and snow skiing!  will definitely visit again!"

"Great location great for hoping around the region. Very homey feel which I felt good. I arrived early and the owner helped to store my luggage. Be prepared to buy extra food during low season as there is nothing open after 6pm. Luckily there is one local convenient shop still opened after some search at this very small town."
