"Cons: The room's cleanliness was a major issue. The bedding and walls had stains, the screen door was dusty. There were no power outlets near the table, and where there were outlets, there was no table. Plus, the outlets were loose. The hairdryer smelled bad, and the cabinet above the sink was full of dust. It seemed like no one had cleaned it before check-in, and the hardware maintenance was clearly subpar, which was very inconvenient. The door lock was an old-fashioned key lock, which was quite inconvenient. It was my first time seeing such an old lock; a kind foreigner from the next room even showed me how to use it. I highly recommend they replace it. And whatever you do, DO NOT open the shoe cabinet – the smell was nauseating. Pros: It's very convenient for getting to Disneyland. There's a bus stop on the street behind the hotel, you can get a map from the front desk. It's a quick 20-minute ride. However, there's no direct bus back to the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient. Some staff members speak Chinese, and they are very helpful and quick to resolve issues. Unfortunately, the poor hardware and numerous problems made it quite troublesome. The price was good, and the room was much more spacious than other hotels in Japan, with plenty of room to open luggage. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. It's very close to the subway station, just a straight walk. There are many drugstores nearby where you can compare prices. I particularly liked the supermarket opposite the subway station, in the opposite direction from the hotel, as it had good prices. There are also many small convenience stores around, which is very convenient. The small street behind the hotel has many restaurants, and there's a McDonald's at the subway exit, making breakfast very easy. The supermarket across the street doesn't accept Alipay or WeChat, which is a bit inconvenient, but it does have Muji."

"This hotel was great for my needs. I needed a simple room to stay at, as I had a very early morning bus the next morning. Check in was very smooth. Receptionist spoke fluent English, and explained everything very clearly. I didn't have a chance to eat the complimentary breakfast, but it smelled great!"

"Absolutely fantastic! We chose this hotel for our Disney trip, and it offered excellent value for money! The hotel is just across the street from a lovely seaside park, complete with sprawling lawns, ocean views, a sports club, and a playground for kids. It's spacious and uncrowded. Although we hadn't realized check-in on our first day was at 6 PM (I was a bit confused, as I'd booked three separate nights with varying check-in times listed, some 3 PM and some 6 PM), we simply headed to the park first when we arrived at 5 PM and couldn't check in. The weather was humid and hot, but none of that dampened our spirits. It truly felt like an ideal spot for a vacation. After checking in and getting to our room, we found it a bit cramped. We had booked a triple room (as only adults could have separate rooms, and I was with my two children, a triple room was our only option). Despite the size, it was well-equipped with three beds, a sofa, a table, and a TV. The separate toilet and shower area also felt a bit cramped. However, the highlight was the public bathhouse on the top floor, where we could soak in a hot bath and wash away the day's fatigue – I truly loved that!"

"Wow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it."

"Spacious rooms, a rarity in Japan 😂, plus beautiful sea views! Excellent value for money! We stayed here because we were going to Disneyland the next day. It's less than a 5-minute walk to catch the Disney Resort Line monorail to the park, and you can even see the Disneyland fireworks from the hotel at night. Facilities: Quite new. Although the room doesn't provide free bottled water, there are water and ice dispensers on every floor. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Pretty quiet, not noisy. There's a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor where you can buy things. Service: At breakfast, staff were on hand to guide guests queuing for the buffet, which was very orderly."

"The hotel boasts a superb location, with direct access to the JR Yamanote Line, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The hotel building itself houses a large supermarket on its ground floor, offering a great selection of affordable and tasty options. Right opposite the supermarket, you'll find a drugstore, which is perfect for picking up necessities and replenishing supplies. The upper floors are home to a variety of dining establishments, including Yoshinoya, yakitori restaurants, and ramen shops – the convenience is simply unmatched! I'll definitely be choosing New Otani again for my future trips to Japan."

"10/10. Couldn’t stop raving about this hotel. It’s perfect in so many aspects. I’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for accommodation near Disneyland & DisneySea. The shuttle bus is super reliable every 10 mins. Please do get the hotel breakfast too. It’s so yummy with variety of spread. The quality is amazing beyond words! The room is big as well. I’m a family of 5 and it fits us very comfortably. Okay, 1 thing that I need to highlight is the hairdryer! Ladies, please use their ReFa hairdryer and hair straightener. They are game changers! I came across this brand after staying here and I’m a convert. If you’ve used dyson before, ReFa is a super strong contender and dare I say, even better! Your hair just dries so much smoother and they just fall into places nicely. The amenities provided are just high quality. As a guest, I could feel thoughts were taken into consideration when they plan it. They have facial wash, skin milk, down to hair serum/oil (like what). They are free for you to take as you need, btw. So, what more can i say? The staffs were amazing beyond words too."

"The room was clean and tidy, with new and spacious facilities. The breakfast was plentiful, and both my child and I were very satisfied. The hotel's environment is excellent; there's a park just across the road, and it's close to Tokyo Bay with nice views. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle service to and from Disney, making it convenient to visit both Disney parks. There's also a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which is handy for shopping. Additionally, getting to Narita Airport is very convenient. You can take a direct shuttle bus from the adjacent Hyatt Regency hotel, which is super convenient. Next time I visit Tokyo Disney, the Comfort Hotel Tokyo Bay will definitely be my first choice."

"The location is close to Disneyland but remote to other places in Tokyo. The Heiyo 京業线 needs about 10 mins long walk through the complicated Tokyo Station from major lines. Then there are free shuttle buses every 20 mins, 00, 20, 40 at Bus Stop C to the hotel from Maihama. There is a mall at the station with a good variety of restaurants and a supermarket. The bay areas are only with resorts and Disney. The hotel is a traditional five star but a bit old fashioned. The price was good with 4 breakfasts and there are 4 restaurants. There are game stations with free old Nintendo (1980's) and coined ones like most games shop. There are bay views and park views. My one was a park view facing Disney and there were fireworks every night from 8:30-8:35."

"Small bed, fairly small room. Has a small bath. About 20 minute walk to the metro station. The free shuttle bus to Disney doesn't leave until 9am, but there is a public bus close by"
