"Our stay at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel was honestly such a relaxing and memorable part of our Japan trip. The hotel itself feels spacious and luxurious without being intimidating, and the location is perfect especially if you’re visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. Getting to the parks was super convenient through the Disney Resort Line, and coming back to a comfortable hotel after a long day at Disney was the best feeling. The rooms were clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. We also loved the view — waking up and seeing either the bay or the Disney area made the experience extra special. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were complete, which made the stay very hassle-free. What stood out the most was the service. The staff were very polite, accommodating, and organized, which made check-in and everything else smooth despite the number of guests staying there. If there’s one downside, it would probably be that the hotel can get busy, especially during peak Disney seasons, and some areas already show a bit of age. Its a little bit old as well. Bath tubs kinda rusty. The smell is kinda old. But overall, the comfort, service, and convenience easily outweighed that. Would definitely stay here again, especially for a Disney trip. It made the whole experience more comfortable and enjoyable."

"We stayed 2 nights in the Grand Nikko's Rainbow Deluxe Family Room and loved it there! Staff are efficient and warm. Room was wonderfully spacious and had a balcony overlooking the bay giving us beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The beds were comfortable and the amenities in the bathroom covered everything you need including organic skincare! They even had a stepstool for younger children. The lounge sets provided were cosy amd comfortable too. These little thoughtful touches really puts them above other hotels. Breakfast was a grand affair with enough choices for everyone, including a separate section for the young ones to help themselves."

"Had a great stay here! The room was comfortable and spacious for two people. One of the highlights was the small foot massage machine provided in the room, which was perfect for relaxing and relieving our tired feet after a full day of walking. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea, which was very convenient. Another thoughtful service was that the reception team helped send our luggage to our room before check-in time, so we could go out and enjoy the day without having to carry our luggage around. There is also a Lawson convenience store right in front of the hotel, which made it very convenient for us to grab sandwiches and other food for breakfast. Overall, we had a very good experience and really appreciated the thoughtful services provided by the hotel. Would definitely consider staying here again!"

"The hotel is quite new and comes equipped with a Nespresso machine, which is a big plus for coffee lovers. There's a free shuttle bus available from Shin-Urayasu Station to the hotel. On our first day, we took a taxi from the city center to the hotel, and the fare was a bit painful. The hotel rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast restaurant had long queues, but the variety of food was decent, and the price was very reasonable. They also offer shuttle services to both Disneyland and the city center. Overall, it's a very good place to stay."

"Traveling to Disneyland with kids was a breeze thanks to this hotel. The free shuttle was incredibly convenient, and every staff member greeted us with a smile. The bathroom facilities were exceptionally comfortable, and the toiletries were POLA, which is a nice touch. It truly felt like a classic five-star hotel. We were very satisfied."
