"The view of Perast is amazing and the hotel is worth staying in. The windows in old buildings are relatively small. The so-called sea view is actually the sea view through the small windows. The service in Montenegro was particularly good. There was no elevator, so a strong man helped us carry our luggage, and we gave him a small tip at the end. Overall worth recommending"

"The only positive aspect of this hotel is the view. Swimming in the sea is not advisable unless you have a very strong immune system, as the city's sewage is discharged just 100 meters away. Most staff, except for the friendly front desk team and the two Black ladies at breakfast who were very lovely, were extremely rude. Interactions often felt tense and could escalate for no reason. Asking questions or making reasonable comments was met with hostility. For instance, we asked about guests reserving pool chairs at 9 a.m. and not using them until the afternoon, which happened frequently. The pool waiter rudely stated that guests can ”do whatever they want” and refused to address the issue. How is this even acceptable at a place where the number of seats is very limited? Every luxury hotel has a policy against such practice... As others have mentioned, staff treat guests inconsistently. We followed a couple into the restaurant who was warmly greeted by the manager, but when we passed by and said hello, we received only a cold stare without a smile.The staff's behavior falls far short of 5-star hotel standards."

"The receptionist met us at the entrance to the city and drove us to the hotel. She was happy to answer any questions or requests we had. She was very sweet and welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn't remember her name. The hotel is clean, the view is stunning, and the breakfast is a buffet. It wasn't extensive, but we had no problem choosing. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. The location is perfect. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and the swimming area is a 7-minute walk down a beautiful street (the only one in the city). Our impressions were excellent. There were some issues with housekeeping, but nothing major. The liquid soap in the room was diluted, but we brought our own, and it wasn't considered a problem. The soap near the restaurant was good, though. The only thing we didn't understand at first was the salty tap water. But that's probably the case everywhere. We brought our own toothbrushes. They weren't provided. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. Towels were changed every day. Beds were made. In the morning, you can have breakfast with a great view. The photo shows the view from the room and from the hallway."

"A nice hotel chic in the very center of Perast. Meet and escort to a golf car taxi, as cars are only allowed on the embankment with special resolution. The cleaning of the rooms was not very good - the mirror was in divorce, the top shower left a strange hair. On the first day there was no beach towels, gave white with holes and spots. I know that the problem with water (it is undehydrated), but for breakfast was served coffee salted, that is, it was from this salt water. The view from the terrace where breakfast is cool and straight on the water. The good were cruissants and fruit, and here all the Al cards are tasteless and rubber omlets, unclear yoghurt in the glass - disappointment."

"The hotel is in the most central location of the town, but it is very quiet. Although the building is old, the interior is very good, clean and tidy, and the service is very good. Breakfast is eaten at the hotel next door. It is delicious. The restaurant itself is an Internet celebrity restaurant. It is very pleasant to go to the beach!"
