"My wife and I visited Vigan City for a motorcycle trip. The hotel is an amazing building, the staff were great, there was a huge selection of food to choose from. The roof deck pool and bar was very nice place to chill. They had secure parking below the hotel which was perfect for storing our bikes off the street. Only think I can think of was that was not to my liking was the bed pillows, they were thick were I prefer a thinner pillow. But that’s no big deal."

"The hotel is newly built so it’s still fresh. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, I didn’t want to get up in the morning😆The staff were very friendly and accommodating too. The only thing that we weren’t happy about was the low water pressure. If you’re looking for that refreshing shower after a long day, this might frustrate you. And the location is not central but parking is not an issue. All in all we still loved our stay and will definitely stay again."

"Place was classic and it bringas you back to old Filipino times. I really love the fact that the hotel is very Filipino, it is located where Calle Crisologo is. They have well preserved the hotel. Service is also nice. The room is clean but take note since it is a classic hotel the floor is made of wood and there is a loud sound everytime your will walk in the floor. I didn’t upload the hotel inside but I did upload photos pf what you will see as soon as you step out of the hotel. They have kalesa/carriage at the front of the hotel. And you will see everything you wanted to see in the area by checking-in in this hotel."

"It is good location, but the hotel need improvement the sliding door of the toilet and the shower wasn’t good. It’s hard to open and close. They don’t have wash clothes,
There food wasn’t good they change the menu without telling us. I order a bangus with fruit cocktail the server said they don’t have they change it without knowing. They should tell a front so we know.
Btw it was a good comfort over all for the families.
The service need their customer service. Just thankful and grateful."

"It was very touching because it was a hotel with traditional Spanish culture. The paintings and decorations decorated in many places were also attractive, and it stopped my eyes there for a while. It was a short journey, but it left many memories. Thank you."

"It was a nice stay. Location is fabulous, basically everything in walking distance. The room was clean, but you will only have a thin sheet to cover yourself. The weather is hot and you only need to adjust the AC temperature to your liking, so it works. Maybe they can provide more for you to cover, but I am very used to backpacking so I have things with me and didn’t bother to ask. There was only lukewarm water in my room. No hot shower but again, it’s hot and that works. Towels and all, you will have to prepare yourself. You get what you pay for with this price. If you use to backpack and want to save money, this place is great. But if you expect for a normal hotel service, then you should choose another place.
As others say, this place is mainly run by persons with disabilities, which I personally think it’s a great thing and they earn with their livelihood! They speak good English and very very accommodating! They helped me to make phone calls to enquire the bus schedule, and let me check in right away when i reached there at 5am by an overnight bus. My booking started from that night and i was thinking to leave my suitcase there first and came back in the afternoon. But they gave me the room right away, so I could also sleep a few hours before starting my day. Truly appreciated and highly recommend to experienced backpackers."

Guest UserI really like this hotel, though a bit difficult to find at the beginning, some people doesn't know this hotel and found out that's its just new. But eventually we figured it out, we saw the street sign Calle Jacinto. The room is clean with bath towel, liquid soap, tooth brush, bottled water. Paulo is very accomodating when we've reached the hotel. There are some decorative paintings around the living room area at the second floor. Though you can smell the freshly paint but since I love painting so I really don't mind it😁. It's a walking distance from the famous Calle Crisologo. We walked around and watched the famous dancing fountain at night and we don't have difficulty going back to the hotel since it's just near. The only problem we've encountered in our room is the toilet bowl has some problem but we've talked to Ms. Meg their supervisor and they will surely fix this asap. They served a set meal breakfast, you just need to choose which one you like to eat with coffee or juice. Overall, our stay is satisfactory and this hotel is highly recommended.

Hotel Veneto de Vigan is a beautifully restored heritage mansion dating back to around 1740. It was once an ancestral home and is now a charming bed & breakfast right in the heart of UNESCO-listed Vigan, just a short walk from Calle Crisologo. I really appreciated how they preserved the Spanish-era architecture and colonial details—it truly feels like stepping back in time.
That said, while the ambiance is lovely, the facilities could use improvement. The hot water isn’t actually that hot, the water pressure is very weak, and the “high-speed internet” isn’t as advertised. They have dozens of different Wi-Fi names, so you need to reconnect every time you move to another part of the hotel. Although some room upgrades have been made, the amenities still feel a bit dated. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its history and location, but expect some compromises in comfort.

Clean and very prompt cleaners.
I asked for a calesa to drive us around town, and they said yes, they have a contact who will come pick us up at the agreed time. And then the time came and the calesa did not show up, they called the calesa driver and he said that he has a customer. So he advised hotel people to tell us to just go get calesa at the park. This (service) would have been 5/5 if they immediately told us that it's the busy season so we don't know if someone can pick you up (and could have advised us to just go pick up a calesa in burgos park where there's a station. Other than that, they were excellent!

I like this hotel as the location is a plus. Very short distance to Calle Crisologo if you want to eat out. They also have their own resto in the hotel although very small.
Over all i like staying in this hotel and this is well recommended!

The location is excellent. And the place is nice. Only that we were already accomodated at the annex. So we have to walk a little to the Annex building. The annex building is good but I can notice that that floor and stairs wasn't waxed for quite a time already. And furnitures and CR are already dusty. The Room for family is nice only that it doesn't have a CR. You have to go out everytime you need to go to the CR.

Nice place to stay with family and what we liked the most they are pet friendly. The beds are very soft and comfy and their buffet breakfast was delicious. The owner is very accommodating, the staff are very helpful. A 2-3 minutes walk to Calle Crisologo. Definitely, we will be back here. Thanks.

Nice place to stay. Our unit was a little small. Animals around was a treat. Good location not too far not too close to Vigan City. Its quite a drive from Angeles City. Some units have parking some didn’t. Otherwise you have to park way out there. Parking was not paved. Watch out for mud. Staff are nice.
