"We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay very much. The people at the reception were very nice and our room was clean and comfortable and had a view of the park. The hotel bar was really nice too, I had the best Irish Coffee! We didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner but we had our breakfast there every morning, they had a very nice selection of items. The hotel is in a great location in the city and Viseu is also a very nice city."

"Viseu doesn't get many Asian tourists. This hotel is excellent! It's a 3.9 Euro Bolt ride from the bus station and right next to the old town, which is full of stone houses. We arrived on a Sunday, and everything was closed; there wasn't a soul around. Luckily, a supermarket was open about 200 meters away. There was also a Japanese restaurant serving stir-fry for 20 Euros per person, and the food was delicious! The hotel food was also excellent, with champagne, ham, cucumber, and soy milk. Any hotel that offers vegetables like that is truly high-end!"

"Pleasant stay in this hotel. It is designed in a quite modern and stylish way coming with good amenities. Breakfast was sufficient for me (as I’m usually not a big breakfast eater). All the staffs were helpful and friendly. Only the con is that I encountered their argument scenes twice in a row, in a same day… you don’t want to see or hear loud arguments by employees first in the morning at breakfast, 7am! Please be more mindful of the guest and do not show it. I didn’t feel good about it, so I cannot give full 5 stars, otherwise I liked the stay and would love to come back."

"The Hotel reached the expectations it had, as I already knew the development and maintain the quality of service and facilities. Regarding the price, the value presented by Trip was extremely competitive in relation to the other agencies for the same service conditions, and even in relation to the price that would be charged by the Hotel itself in a direct booking (which I cannot understand...). The breakfast provided was of excellent quality and quantity. The service was excellent, with all employees in service at the hotel in these 2 days of friendliness and efficiency far above average. However, I was a little disappointed that the Trip agency had not yet sent me an Invoice for the amount paid. The only certainty that I have that the payment was made, was given to me by the Hotel receptionist who told me that the rooms were paid for, but that he could not issue me an Invoice as the payment had been made to the Agency - which is natural !). In this situation, the lack of an Invoice was very unpleasant because I booked and paid for 3 rooms (for us and 2 other couples friends) and until now I don't have any proof of payment to ”do the math” with them."
