"Room was fantastic! Modern super clean bathroom, nice shower. Daily Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Big Balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Walking distance to the park, as well as to the city center. Friendly staff, that helped me to book Castle Tours last minute. I recommend the hike up to the Brasov Sign - beautiful sights overlooking the city."

"The place was easy to find on maps. The door has instructions on how to check in as there is three “Ambient” locations, however they are close enough to each other to park at the one you have booked and walk the Pensiune Ambient to check in. Ambient Residence in which i stayed was great. The place had a communal kitchen/dining area, free tea and coffee station on each floor. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean and tidy. Hot was came through pretty much instantly. It’s located about 25min walk from the old town area. Highly recommend"

"we’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here."

This charming little lifestyle boutique hotel was excellent, except for the location, which was a bit out of the old town area. The parking was free for hotel guests and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was ok for a mid-sized hotel, featuring warm and cold food.

Very nice accommodation with great location, not far from the main attractions (Black Church is walking distance). Except the hot water was not working, reached out to the host but got nothing back. It’s a good stay but a bit disappointed with the service. They could at least try to fix it or try to respond honestly.

Hotel location is very good, located on the hillside, ten minutes walk to the old town. The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy, modern in design and comfortable beds. Breakfast is in the top floor restaurant, with a rich variety and good quality, and the dining can overlook the city scenery. The overall environment of the hotel is elegant, and you can feel the boss and team's care for the details.

The room is big, the facilities are average, the environment is good, it is in the mountains, the road up the mountain is winding, the breakfast is good, the hotel provides free breakfast, when you book online, just choose no breakfast, in fact the hotel provides it.

The hotel star is very good. The room we stayed was wide, pleasant and clean. Although the breakfast was not very rich, the products offered were clean and delicious. The staff were very roses and interested. We prefer to walk to the city centre of Rski because it is close to the train station. I can recommend it in a comfortable room.

Level 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy. Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights. At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy. Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am. No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

Very near to the city square, black church, Catherine gate and so on. just a walking distance. The room is big as we expected to the romanian country and also food nearby and drinking or coffee vendo machine is very helpful for us. Staff is very helpful and never leave us unattended. They are okey to message directly or ask them for any question regarding the town since we are a tourist.

This time I booked three rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a large water flow. The bath was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. There were everything that should be there. The quilt pillow was of average quality and the lighting was dim. One surprise was that the room had a large balcony, which was very comfortable. Especially amazing is the staff at the front desk of the hotel, who are professional and enthusiastic, and take the initiative to help us carry our luggage.
