"The experience was decent for transfer overnight. Location is convenient, but price is high if just for location sake. Other hotels are maybe 1/2-1/3 of the price and provide shuttle bus. However, the staff was very nice and friendly. They even helped me finding something I forgot in the room, so my husband could pick up days later, I appreciate that!"

"The hotel room is very large and the hygiene is OK. We only used one bathroom and the kitchen was not used. It seems that it was cleaned once every two days. There is also a gym. The breakfast is very good and the service is good. It is very close to the AA Arena and can be walked. It is not far from other attractions. It is worth recommending"

"Everything was decent: the bed, bathroom facilities, and breakfast. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is directly connected to the airport. For 15,000 yen a night, I'd say it's good value. It's not the hotel's fault, but the surrounding area isn't very safe, so I recommend avoiding going out at night."

"Young girl with a very friendly welcome. On the other hand, we had a disabled room even though there was no reason for it. During the terrible night, we hear all the noises because they resonate so much. Also, around 3 a.m., a neighbor came into the next room and was moaning, vomiting and left the water running for hours... I was really not at peace. A pass hotel wouldn’t have been worse…"

"This is my new favorite hotel in Dallas. It’s hip without pretentious, the staff is very accommodating and friendly and the room is lovely I travel a lot and often think that hotel rooms are often designed by people who have never left home. This room was terrific. Large and lovely shower, good lighting everywhere, sufficient storage and hanging space and a very nice robe I loved the vanity with big lighted mirror and the design of the room with two separate chambers Is genius. Whether you close the rolling door to dress without disturbing your roommate or wish to receive room service without having the waiter see you in your jammies it really works I love love love it here and will be sad to leave. Didn’t even mention the complimentary rides in the rolls Royce to get me to work Can’t wait to return and I’m not even gone yet "

"The hotel lobby was clean and big, with nice staff and good smells. Bathroom smelled like chemicals. Our room was way too small, you could barely fit 3 suitcases in there. The baggage cart also didn't fit into the room which was weird. Overall, an OK hotel."

Dallas, I chose this Sheraton, the hotel is very good in all aspects, the service is warm, the breakfast is rich and varied, the facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, if the room window can be wiped clean, it is more perfect, living on the 36th floor can have a good view to watch the downtown scenery, Unfortunately, it was blurry because of the window.

The breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.

Was a guest at the Hyatt as part of the ICSC Red River Conference and was very pleased with most of the experience. There were shuttles available that chauffeured participants between the Hyatt and the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, a benefit likely paid for by ICSC but accommodated by the hotel all the same. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was better than average although there were a couple of very small places in the room that could have used more attention. Parking isn't customer friendly, just like everywhere in downtown Dallas: Pay big money for valet service and a parking garage or pay to park on an open, unsecured lot a hundred yards away. The room's HVAC system worked wonderfully, which was great because it was on the west side of the building. The bed was especially comfortable and all of the linens were spotless... Which is always good. Did not get a chance to visit the gym or swimming pool. Did not patronize the restaurant or bar but have had good experiences in both places during past visits. The bottom line: The Hyatt Regency is still a safe bet in Dallas.

I searched and sought a lot before booking here. Casually in all Dallas hotels or the vast majority of comments put that there were cushions and I found NO ONE in this. So I could breathe quietly. If it is true that I found it clean, the bed was comfortable, there were many towels, it was spacious. And we didn't hear noises from ON WHEN. So BIE

The owner is Indian and very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, 1km from the light rail train, and it was more convenient to travel. The room fee includes breakfast, which is very good.

They wouldnt ñwt me stay anymore because the lady working at desk said the girl you have with in my room i have to go because she argued with her about wearing to much revealing clothing . You think i wamt to stay at a place like this. My chic yeah she lnows ahe wrong and tried to fix it. She insisted checking out in the morning is ok. Yeah i want a refund for the uncofortable stay you made it for us

Good value. Convenient for meetings at the Hilton Anatole, which is a 5 minute walk away. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as expected. All in all a convenient and perfectly adequate place to sleep whilst working.
