"The hotel is brand new as of 2026. Really clean and nice. They have the breakfast, typical Best Western which is great for coffee and to grab something to start the day. The location is decent, typical highway group of hotels, this side of the highway is newer, the other side of the highway is not somewhere you’d want to stay. Conveniently to where we were visiting family in Dallas and east to get into the city or out to any of the highways that take you around the city."

The hotel is so quaint and sweet, the decor transports you into another era, beautifully decorated and unique. The rooms are small but darling, however we were put in a room right next to the entry stairs door and early in the morning people just kept slamming it so we didn’t really rest well. The service was just okay front desk didn’t give us any info and we had to walk around ourselves to get to amenities. The location is very odd it’s right in the middle of a neighborhood with homes right next door and an elementary school is right across the streets. They have parking in the back but it’s a tight squeeze it’s mainly for compact cars and street parking is a mess you are sharing with the neighborhood.

Brandi from TexasVery clean and new or newly remodeled hotel. I would definitely stay again. Room has everything you need for a long stay including kitchen and utensils. There is a laundry and gym. Breakfast was good, especially the yogurt and waffles. The breakfast attends greeted us each morning. We had a good view of downtown buildings. One thing to note was our door was hard to close for room 625. We had to pull really hard. Other than that, GREAT stay.

This is our second stay here and it did not disappoint. There was some confusion about which gate was working, but a call to customer service quickly fixed that. (If anyone is unsure about this contactless hotel, customer service has always been great!) The only thing that was worse this time was the WiFi, a lot slower than last time, probably because we had an edge room this time. Would love to stay again in the future!

QinglianmiaoFacilities: Not bad, quite new, but a little abstract, as a suite hotel, there is no stove, only a microwave, and you can only use the microwave to cook. .
Hygiene: Hygiene is OK and clean
Environment: The environment is good, but there are construction sites around, and it is a bit noisy in the morning
Service: This breakfast is better than Huanpeng, I like this very much

The hotel lobby was clean and big, with nice staff and good smells. Bathroom smelled like chemicals. Our room was way too small, you could barely fit 3 suitcases in there. The baggage cart also didn't fit into the room which was weird. Overall, an OK hotel.

LIJUNThe breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.

I loved the hotel it’s in a construction zone right now but that’s okay but then I looked at my bank account and saw that even though I prepaid through the trip app I was charged 33.72 extra and I have been unable to get in contact with the manager of the hotel the front desk person couldn’t tell me why I was charged again. The elevator was also out and I was told it been out for a week and would probably be out for the rest of the week
