Our room was amazing, a bit tight but so cozy and so beautifully decorated that the size was not an issue. Being 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Dallas and great food was also a huge plus! I can only say, we truly enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the staff so much, that we will absolutely stay at this hotel again!!!

We have stayed in this hotel chain many times in the United States. We feel that they are all the same hotels, the breakfast service is the same, and the dishes are the same. It's so funny.

We loved staying here, it was our first time traveling to Dallas, hotel was very clean the staff were very friendly except for one that had a little bit of an attitude issue, we did get called out for being a bit noisy but it was our fault so maybe next time I will be staying their again but get 1st floor instead of 3rd but only because the kids tend to get too over excited...overall very clean, the room was very spacious for 6 people, location was good, and good service!

This is our second stay here and it did not disappoint. There was some confusion about which gate was working, but a call to customer service quickly fixed that. (If anyone is unsure about this contactless hotel, customer service has always been great!) The only thing that was worse this time was the WiFi, a lot slower than last time, probably because we had an edge room this time. Would love to stay again in the future!

This hotel is very modern and in a prime location. It is extremely clean and well equipped. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The housekeeper was very helpful, she even came to the room and asked if we needed clean linen and towels. I travel a lot and this is one of the best stays I have had. I recommend this place for any time of year.

Surprisingly impressed by the room, and all the amenities. Well worth the trip. Rooms look exactly like the pictures. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back whenever in Dallas. Will also check out the the same hotel in other cities.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It’s right off a major road so it can be a bit loud, but it didn’t bother me too much. Good, solid hotel!
