"We arrived at night and the signs along the way were not clear enough so we had to drive carefully, but seeing the lights in their lobby was super warm! And the hall made of logs is so beautiful😍
The room was very clean as soon as we entered. The toilet and bathroom were very considerate. It was the first time I saw such a design in the United States. The faucet switch and shower head are on the opposite side, so you won't get wet when you boil water! So smart and considerate. Because I’m often unfamiliar with it, I get cold when I boil the water, especially in winter when it’s super cold!
The breakfast the next day was also great🎉 Hot breakfast. I will definitely visit again next time!"

"I loved this little hotel middle in the city. I saw a lot of comments around before i booked that this hotel isn't be the best but i experienced it by myself and was amazed. I got a little room with balcony which was sadly not clean. I went to the office and got a new amazing room without problems in just some minutes. I was extend mx staying more then once and this always without problems. If you need anything everyone is open to help you there and always available. I forgot my card inside and no problems to get a new one, my problems with losing power in the room was handled fast at the main break. I felt like home from the start. Anytime again and i will. See ya soon❤"

"The room is really spacious, we booked a room with 2 beds. It also comes with breakfast, even though the selection is quite limited, just some waffles and bread, not even eggs. The hotel and the facility is not the most up to date, but it has pretty much everything you need, I think it is a good price with what I get, would come back here again if I visit Kalispell again"

"The overall feeling of the hotel is very good, the room is clean, the space is OK, but it is a pity that the hotel's swimming pool is closed during the stay, but the hotel has a swimming pool for us to use, but our trip because there are two younger children, So it’s not too easy to go swimming in another hotel, this part is a pity, other than that, other places are quite satisfactory."

Guest UserThis was the perfect place to stay while visiting Bigfork for a wedding. The location is amazing!!- walkable to downtown shops and restaurants, but quiet and secluded with lush landscaping and the river flowing throuh the back of the property. The 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds was so cute, clean and the bathroom was extremely spacious. Front desk attendants were so helpful and even let us do a load of laundry in the office since our unit did not have a washer/dryer. Highly recommend staying here!! 10/10!!

The hotel is conveniently located close to Costco, Walmart and a bunch of other stores.
The room has been spacious and very clean. Breakfast has a great variety.
There is a nice indoor pool.
In general I really liked everything and me and my family enjoyed our stay.
I would recommend this hotel and will stay again when in Kalispell.

刘Very good, kalispell is the largest city in northwestern Montana, with more than 20,000 people in the city. The hotel is located in the north of the city. It is convenient to eat and shop nearby. It is a pizza point, grilled with chopped wood, and many people taste good, and the two talents cost $25. The hotel is quiet and the family suite is very reasonable and feels warm. The pool is big and the breakfast is not bad. Free parking and wireless internet.

Great stay started with a very accommodating check in process by Lorelei! She was friendly and able to get us into our room a bit early to get ready for a wedding we had come to town for. What a lifesaver!! The room had everything you could need and the location was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Guest UserThe Chalet is up on a little hill above the restaurant building. Since both hotel and restaurant are historic buildings, there is no elevator inside the hotel I am aware of, the stairs may be difficult for some people. Inside or around the hotel, there is no cell signal, so on the day the hotel lost the WiFi due to a chewed up cable, I had to walk about 10min out to the village shops for cell signal. Staff are very friendly there. Food at the restaurant were great, but they only open for dinner. Totally enjoy my stay there

Morena MeyerNice perfect hotel middle in the mall of Kalispell. Everything you need is around. Stuff is so friendly and always there to help you. I know thou it's hard to make the perfect coffee for everyone, but the coffee you got on the lobby was a little just of water taste. Maybe a little tea/coffee maker in the rooms would be nice like all the other hotels have. Other then this i would come on any of my visits again. Its lovely❤
