"The receptionist lady was kind, polite and nice! The room is simple and beautiful. The room was clean and the security around the hotel was good and it was good at this hotel. There are a lot of malls nearby, so I walked to shop many times. I liked the mall with a beautiful fountain! Even if I was outside around 22 o'clock at night, it seemed okay for families and young women to walk around. Cleaning is done once a day ３. The chip has a paper with a QR code after cleaning, so I pay it. There is a microwave in the room, so I bought frozen foods on the target and warmed them up! I thought I should have brought cutlery and plates from Japan to eat the night meal I bought at the supermarket. I recommend Fox's restaurant next door! I want to stay here again when I go to Los Angeles."

"The location is quite convenient. There is a target within a 10-minute walk, as well as various food and gas stations. The room is very clean and tidy, and probably because the owner is Asian, there is a kettle. There is also a desk and chair, which is very convenient. The service is very good, and the front desk is very patient. I bought instant noodles and asked the front desk if there were disposable tableware with the mood of trying it out. It turned out that there was! It was really a timely help! Before leaving, I asked if I could store my luggage, because I saw on the page before booking that this service was not provided. "The best accommodation I stayed in while traveling in LA!! First of all, there was an ice maker and coffee machine, so it was nice to keep having iced Americanos, and the front desk was friendly. Although it was the most expensive, there were Ralphs and Target near the accommodation, and it was also good to go to nearby places such as Glendale Galleria."

"The GOOD: clean, modern looking, felt safe, mostly quiet (aside from the constant stomping noise) nice large TV, nice fridge (no light inside tho), hidden parking area, lots of stores around, didn't see any bugs/roaches, had extra towels, toilet paper, soap in check-in area, etc. The BAD: Even though they are single story rooms, I heard constant stomping from what sounded like a thin lady above me, CONSTANT! Didn't matter if I returned at 2pm, 2am, 7am, noon, this person never seemed to leave their room. Sooo irritating! Also, I returned at 4am and all the parking spots were taken. As soon as I went into my room, a person came out of another room and left, leaving a space available. I had to go back outside and move my car to that empty space. PARKING SPOTS SHOULD BE GUARANTEED FOR THOSE WHO PAID THE $10/NIGHT FEE TO PARK HERE, WHICH IS ANOTHER DOWNSIDE, THE $10/NIGHT PARKING FEE. I had already booked this place for 2 weeks before I found this out!"

"Everything was on self service because it was labour protest during that period so no staff was there for room service. Luckily the protest was started in the morning not midnight, at least we had a good sleep. The room was spacious than what I expected and with mountain view. Able to see sunset and sunrise. Parking is available but need to pay $24 per day."

"I booked a city view, but they assigned me a room with a fan? I changed the room right away, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the female staff member in charge was ******. It's not that there were no rooms, but it's ridiculous that they gave us a bad room that we didn't choose, which is an option that other people would avoid. I was sure of it when they never greeted us first as we were Asians as we walked around the lobby. It was the end of our trip and I was so tired, so I changed the room right away, but I regret not complaining strongly when I think of other Koreans who will come in the future. However, everyone except me was kind, and the room condition was good (the AC was bad). Breakfast was not bad. However, the sound of sports cars passing by at night was noisy. The area called Glendale itself was safe and comfortable."

"Well located hotel, easy to find street parking for free, and the staff were all incredibly nice, especially the gentleman on late night check in when we arrived. The room was basic, but fine- only small issue is there were ants in the bathroom. The staff were helpful about sending someone to clean the room, but it didn't have a massive impact. Overall, good hotel at an excellent price point to explore the city easily."

"ราคาโอเค ห้องค่อนข้างกว้างเลย แต่ไม่สะอาดขนาดนั้น มีฝุ่นอยู่ แต่ก็ไม่แย่ ถ้าหาราคาเท่านี้ มีพนงทำความสะอาดมาเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ทุกวัน แนะนำระบุเลือกห้องปลอดบุหรี่ตตตอนจอง เพราะถ้าไม่จะได้ห้องที่เหม็นบุหรี่มาก มีตู้เย็น ไมโครเวฟ ไม่มีปลั๊กตรงหัวเตียงแต่ดีว่าใช้สายยาวเลยไม่ลำบากอะไร บวกกับถ้าอยู่ชั้นล่างได้ยินเสียงชั้นบนตลอดเวลาเลย ที่จอดรถมีน้อยและแบบช่องแคบคือจอดได้แต่เปิดประตูลำบาก และถ้าที่จอดรถเต็มเลยจอดริมถนนหน้ารร แต่ต้องมาย้ายรถก่อน 7 โมงเช้า เราเช็คเอ้าท์เช้าเพราะไฟล์ทบินเช้า โทรไปคือพนงแอบเสียงไม่พอใจ แต่บอกหย่อนไว้หน้าต่างเช็คอินได้เลย  สะดวก ขับรถไปนิดนึงมี raley, target ไม่ค่อยเจอโฮมเลส ขับรถไป15-20นาที ถึงหอดูดาวกริฟฟิท"

However, although it is opposite the road, it is recommended to drive there, because most people in the United States drive, no one on the road, a bit dangerous, and the door of the mall is not on the roadside, in the parking lot, if you walk, you need to bypass the entire mall to enter. On the second day of our stay, we arranged for Universal Studios to drive there from the hotel, about 20 minutes, very convenient. Hotel parking is free. There is a parking lot on the same floor (1st floor) of the check-in counter. You can enter the B1 parking lot from the other side of the hotel. If the car does not find a location on the first floor, you can't go directly to B1. You need to leave the venue and then go around B1 (people can take the elevator to the first floor or B1). When checking in, you said that you need to park. The waiter will add a Parking permit to your room card. You can swipe the room card directly when the vehicle comes out. After check out, the waiter will return the room card to you. After the card vehicle is on the scene, there will be a drop in box next to the card machine. Throw the room card in and you can go directly, which is very convenient. There is a 24-hour buffet coffee and tea on the 2nd floor of the hotel, and breakfast is also on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is simple eggs, muffins, berries, oats, etc., a standard American breakfast. For me, the only drawback of the hotel is the shower, because I am taking the child, the hotel shower is fixed, can not be taken down, help the child to take a bath is very embarrassed."
