"The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Town, right above the famous Fremont Street, so the location is excellent. The front desk kindly upgraded us for free to a more spacious and quieter room with two queen beds in the North Tower, and complimentary parking was included. Overall, the stay was a fantastic experience 👍"

"The front desk was really hard to find because the address on Trip.com was wrong... A taxi shouldn't have an issue, but if you're driving, search for the Wynn self-parking lot. The 'sandwich method' worked – we got upgraded to a room with a direct view of the big sphere and even received a $150 dining credit... However, I was initially confused why they deducted dining expenses daily, as I'd heard before that it was settled at the end. It was a bit frustrating, but Trip.com later explained it was just a pre-authorization, and the actual charge would be on the final bill... The entire hotel is very luxurious, with a decadent and opulent feel... Also, a heads-up: the free breakfast only includes the buffet."

"Every time I go to a Vegas exhibition, I stay at this hotel. My only complaint is that the complimentary bottled water is ridiculously small. When I asked the front desk for more, I joked that the water was for babies, and the guy at the front desk even laughed and agreed! Plus, it's limited to four bottles per request. The first time I stayed, I couldn't stand it and just drank the Evian from the minibar – it was so much more satisfying to have a proper-sized bottle. The hotel's surroundings are very lively, with various stores and restaurants just across the street, making for a pleasant evening stroll."

"This hotel near LAS Airport is perfect for layovers. An Uber or Lyft ride costs about $20. There are plenty of dining options nearby, plus a 7-Eleven, making it very convenient. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and I even got a free room upgrade, which was spacious and clean. My room on the second floor faced the street, so there was a bit of traffic noise. The bedding was a bit soft for my taste, but the bathroom was clean, and there was plenty of hot water. Overall, it offers good value for money."

"This is an older hotel, but it feels like it's been recently renovated. The location is great, and the stay was very pleasant. Parking is $20 a day. The front desk service was excellent. The only downside is that the hotel is quite large, so it's a bit of a trek to get around; it takes about 10-15 minutes just to walk from the car to the room."

"Annual trip to home city, and it doesn’t disappoint ! Still indifferent towards the red tone windows, so I put make-up on in the pool lobby lounge. Restaurant and reception staff quite well versed. Hot water and coffee machine in Lobby. Breakfast choices good, but the beverage buy simply prompts a tip for staff. Suggest give option to charge to room. Lots of banquets or private events going on. Sports TVs on the spot. Location best for my own purpose. Walked to 18b Arts District to see friends within 30 minutes. Souviniers shop 3 minutes. Local amenity shops within 2-5 miles on the same road. Mutual friends of friends were a nice surprise to run into. Late checkout was granted due to another room having a late-night disruption mid-sleep. Great bikes and art on display. Really col video in Lobby about the Ahern family and businesses. International ATM appreciated 😍 Suggestion: Those with local ID or residency can get a lesser room deposit. Aside, refund was fast for international banking upon checkout. Luggage storage very convenient. Cleaning staff nonstop efficient. Happy Chinese New Year of the Horse!"

"The facilities are complete, comfortable, and cozy, with comprehensive amenities and excellent service. The hygiene is clean, tidy, and orderly. The environment is beautiful and pleasant. The service attitude is great, especially warm. Hot water is available. It's very quiet."

"Had a fantastic experience, the best in Las Vegas this trip. When checking in, the front desk mentioned a mountain view, and I casually asked if there was a room with a view of the Sphere. They said higher floors did, and upon learning we specifically traveled from Beijing, they upgraded us to the 58th floor with a Sphere view for an extra $30 per room. It was an excellent experience; the room was spacious with a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. You can ask the front desk for water refills, which are free. The service was great, and they even gave my child a backpack for the trip. To get to the Sphere, you can cross to the Nordstrom mall directly opposite the hotel, walk through to the Palazzo, and then straight to the Sphere. This way, you don't have to walk outdoors, which is a lifesaver in the Vegas heat. If you're unsure how to get through the mall, just ask a sales associate or the staff at the Trump hotel."

"The front desk of the hotel is in an inconspicuous and small place in the Caesars Palace. There is a cigar bar next to it. The smog is filled and we don’t feel good with our children. With the 4-year-old Vain aircraft delay, check in at 11 o'clock in the evening, the hotel front desk said that we have to wait 15-20 minutes, because the hotel manager needs to go to our room to check whether the cleaning of the room has been completed. I was shocked when I heard it. Isn't this work done in the afternoon before the guests stay? It was close to the early morning! During the check-in period, other guests checked in and got the room card. I asked again, the indifference of the front desk indicated that the other party was staying in a superior suite. I was just a common room, and the attitude was very bad. I immediately called Ctrip, the front desk saw me call Ctrip, and then called the manager to urge. I asked the front desk to let the manager contact me. The front desk said that the manager could not go to the guest room. If you want to see the manager, he would be in the lobby. I said, please ask the manager to call me. After half an hour after entering the room, I did not receive a call from the manager. Instead, Ctrip made a phone call to follow up and said that the hotel had set up a ”free upgrade” for me. I said that I didn't see any upgrades. Later, Ctrip followed up. The hotel said that the room type was not upgraded but arranged a room with a better view. I am really huh, huh, because the curtains are the opposite room, the sense of sight is strong, it is impossible to open the curtains, do not mention any landscape. I took the initiative to call the front desk and ask for a manager. The customer service said that I would tell you something, and then exempted one night of taxes and fees. It is still a mediocrable attitude. I asked the manager to call to apologize. The other party said, ”You still have to find a manager to do what you want, I have already given you.” Throughout the process, I never mentioned asking for compensation. It was the other party’s initiative to waive the one-night tax, as if I contacted the manager to figure out their cheapness. I flew with the baby for 15 hours to the United States, showing him more than 40 US dollars in taxes and fees? ! The attitude is as bad as it seems to be ours. Later, the manager finally called, the background was very noisy, I don't know where he was calling. It’s a sigh of gas when I hear the manager’s phone call. The manager said, ”If you wait a little, we will give you a tax.” The implication is that I have gotten a little cheaper. The fault is not me, the compensation is also proposed by the hotel. Why can't I say sorry to the guests with kindness and sincerity? It is absolutely impossible to stay in this hotel again in the future."
