"The location is good and easy to go everywhere. It is close to the seaside. There is a parking space. The one-bedroom and one-living room has a kitchen with complete kitchen utensils and tableware. It is very comfortable. The view is also good. There is a barbecue grill downstairs."

"The hotel is not too far from the airport, so it is very convenient. Opposite is the beach. It is a good choice to take a nap and go to the beach to stare blankly. There is a swimming pool downstairs. It is also very convenient to shop and eat around. It takes less than ten minutes to drive. The lady at the front desk wrote a small note very carefully."

"Front desk service was excellent. Priscilla was extremely helpful. I did eat crap not noticing the door had a 3-5 inch lip at the entry in the dark and bashed my eye, but I don't blame your establishment for that, it was a major issue though, like 1/4 in h gash. I was c Erying a couple bags and just got bashed."

"Facilities: Very new, but the mattress is very soft, soft to the point of collapse, like hard beds can avoid lightning. Hygiene: OK Environment: good Service: Great difference, three people stay, the booked room type has a combed bed. After arriving, I found that it was not laid, and there was no three-piece suit of combed bed in the room. I called the front desk to communicate with the front desk that there was no cleaning staff to pick it up and shop by themselves. After I went down and took it, I found that the front desk gave us four pillowcases, a blanket and a pillow, no sheets and quilts. We called the front desk again, and the front desk said that other beddings had not been dried in the dryer. Okay, let's call us again. I didn’t wait for the phone all night, it was too much. I contacted Trip.com as soon as possible the next day. Although there was a time difference, Trip.com responded in a timely manner and quickly provided us with a solution. But this hotel can really avoid lightning. And this hotel forces destination fee 25 knife a day, you can change the snacks in the hotel canteen according to one knife and one credit (for reference: a pack of Honolulu cookies costs more than 20 credits), parking fee is 35 knives a car a night, you can think twice before you set it The picture shows a combed bed made of four pillowcases and disposable bath towels"

"The hotel on this island is estimated to have breakfast, because the scenery is better, so you need to drive yourself around to buy food, the breakfast is very rich, you can bring it back to your room to eat, the hotel is a two-story wooden house, separated by a road from the beach. There are a lot of people watching the sunset, the scenery is beautiful in the morning, the holiday is very suitable, the hotel has its own small yards are all plants, and there are toys for public children on the beach. Very relaxing place to stay for a night or a few days. And ease."

It is necessary to live on the high floor, 10 floors or more is the best, we were arranged to the 3rd floor on the first night, there is a very common kind of annoying Xiaoqiang! Later, I communicated with the hotel at night and changed to the 12th floor. It was really scary. I must live on the high floor! ! The area where the hotel is located is located in Lahaina. There is a place to buy and eat in 5 minutes by car. There is ABC. Don't worry about breakfast. There are also pharmacies nearby. In short, it is not bad. ～"

"We arrived late in the evening after a flight from the mainland. The lady that checked us in was amazing. She was so welcoming and helpful. Her service made our stay wonderful.  The pool area and beach were like a five star resort. Rooms were in need of renovation but location was great."

"Good location but lacks some privacy The hotel is in a great spot — right on the beach with beautiful ocean views just steps away. Perfect base for exploring South Maui and chilling at Keawakapu Beach. However, the room was a bit smaller than expected, and the biggest downside was the huge glass window facing the hallway — everyone walking by could see straight inside unless we kept the curtains closed all the time. Felt a bit awkward. Overall still a decent stay because of the location and beach access, but definitely could use some improvements in room layout and privacy."

Great hotel, room had a small kitchen area which was useful as we cooked in a few nights. Bar area in the evening was pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely to sit on tables outside near the pool area. Didn’t use the pool but it looked ok and well used by other guests. Equally there was an outdoor bbq area - very handy. Concierge was extremely helpful recommending places to visit and restaurants. Parking was easy, lots of spaces but have to pay extra per night.

The private beach is nice and open. Free snorkeling equipment can be borrowed. Boating and other equipment are charged. Drive for half an hour from OGG. If you live in the pacific whales foundation for whale watching, you don't have to rush to whale watching town. It has a branch in maalea closer to the hotel.

It’s a nice resort in a great location, however plenty of hidden fees, we paid for breakfast which wasn’t anything special, scrambled eggs from powder, coffee was pretty bad and weak and you had to pay extra which we only learned about when we paid 160$ for breakfast. Lack of healthy food and not suited for people who eat healthy unprocessed food. I really liked the towel service, it was very convenient. Our room this time however (we stayed in the same hotel a week earlier) was not as great as our previous, it was more used, the fridge constantly leaking, and the air con did not work as well as in the previous room (it was ground floor with garden) And the worst thing was, I requested a quiet room but we got one of the connected rooms and we could not fall asleep till round 23:00 when a screaming family next door finally put their kids to bed. It was really noisy. Big plus for the pools and hot tub. They really were nice

Loved the pools (they are huge and all connected) and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Everything is beautiful around the hotel, the ocean views and the sunsets are marvelous. The hotel is really nice and the staff is so friendly. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel is really near from the Wailea shops where you can find everything (there is an ABC store there)… We loved it!.

So, there were no toiletries and they did not provide though we requested - simple toiletries like toothbrush, tooth paste and razors. This was unlike other hotels which we stayed in O'ahu and Kauai, they were given upon request and given daily knowing that you have requested the 1st day. The pillows were soft and when we requested for them, they came back with 'unavailable', though they managed to get them the next day. The room was made, except for the beds (interesting) and cup was not washed though we left it soaked by the basin for the ease of the housekeeper. The counter that provided beach towels closed by 5pm? The pool is quiet and dead. Haha. Its an average stay.

Very nice hotel right on the beach but lots of rocks there therefore have to walk a bit to get to a part of the beach with no rocks. Strong waves and currents in winter so not good for young kids or beginners swimmers but good for surfing and boogie boarding. You can see turtles swimming near the beach and further afar lots of whales from December to March. Hotel have many swimming pools (and one fun slide) but only like 3ft deep so good for kids but a bit boring for adults. Only one restaurant, it's Duke. And one small shop selling Starbucks coffee. Our unit was on 10th floor in the main building and had a big balcony with a beautiful view on West Maui Mountain. We had a very pleasant stay in this location and would love to come back!

I really liked the spacious room with a classic feel. However, the floor was not cleaned at all, so I had to wear shoes.. The cleaning part was very disappointing. Still, the auxiliary facilities swimming pool and morning coffee bar were very impressive. Another advantage of this hotel is that there is a very beautiful beach nearby. I won't go there again... but next time I really want to go to a place right in front of the beach! Still, the view from the room was nice and nice.

During my honeymoon trip with my wife, I stayed on the Club floor, with exclusive check-in on the 8th floor. The service was excellent, and the restaurant downstairs also had a stunning view. It was really a perfect experience.
