"Xiao Man's Service, a Perfect Holiday The biggest surprise of our trip to Yalong Bay this time wasn't just the breathtaking scenery of mountains, seas, and lakes, but encountering our butler, Xiao Man. She truly turned our 'vacation' into a worry-free enjoyment. The day before our check-in, Xiao Man proactively contacted us via WeChat. She meticulously asked if there were children in our party, if we needed a bed rail and a potty seat for the baby, and even confirmed our preference for a high-floor sea-view room. She even took note of our casual mention of wanting to check in early. Upon arrival at the hotel, she was already waiting in the lobby. After quickly completing the check-in process, she guided us directly to our room. Along the way, she also shared the opening hours of the pet park and the best photo times for the Cloud Pool, saving us the hassle of asking around. Entering the room felt even more heartwarming: in addition to the hotel's standard fresh welcome fruit, there was an extra children's cake on the table, cushions were thoughtfully placed next to the viewing sofa on the balcony, and even our favorite green tea bags were prepared on the traditional Chinese tea table. Throughout our stay, Xiao Man's WeChat messages were always answered instantly: when we wanted to experience the traditional Chinese-style afternoon tea, she immediately helped us reserve a waterside table at Ju Ming Yi; when the child wanted to go crabbing, she not only told us the meeting point but also specifically reminded us to bring mosquito repellent. Upon check-out, she even prepared a small panda as a parting gift. Every detail showed her attentiveness. The hotel itself is a gem – Yalong Bay Beach is just a five-minute walk away, and the balcony offers panoramic views of the bay. The Cantonese cuisine at Cai Feng Lou and the family-friendly buffet were absolutely delicious. However, what truly made the trip exceed expectations was Xiao Man's professional quality of 'anticipating needs and proactively providing service.' With a butler like her, it's no wonder even foreign tourists praise the service as 'good.' Next time we visit Yalong Bay, we will definitely choose HUALUXE again, and we hope to meet Xiao Man once more."

"This time I found a treasure homestay! It was really a pleasant surprise. I booked it at the last minute because I was in a hurry to catch a flight. As a result, my family was very satisfied. The small homestay is small but complete. The environment is very beautiful, the facilities are very complete, the sanitation is very clean, and it is very close to the airport. "We had a split stay between the holiday inn and another resort in a different area of Sanya. Unfortunately the holiday inn location is not ideal unless you don’t plan to leave the hotel. The hotel itself was great and lots to do for kids! Very equipped towards children for example so many feeding chairs, children’s cutlery, little extras like smaller slippers in the room. Really good! The food was average, there was a lot of variety but the quality of it wasn’t anything special and could deffo improve. Best part was the WeChat butler service! Mr Wesley was so informative and attentive for everything. Service was entirely in English too, big plus!! He sent a small gift for my daughter on our last night and it was the cherry on top of the cake for how great he had been during our stay."

"It's only a 10-minute walk from Atlantis. 🏰 After a leisurely breakfast, you can head to Water World for a day of fun. ☁️ When you're tired, just walk back and lie down. So friendly to lazy people! "Overall, I'd still highly recommend this place. It has a kitchen with basic cooking utensils, so you can prepare your own meals, which is great for families traveling with elderly people or children. Since it's an apartment, it's different from a resort hotel, but the price is really good, offering excellent value for money. The owner's attitude was fantastic. On the first day, I actually had a minor issue with the room. After I reported it in the group chat to the owner and property manager, they responded very quickly. The owner even came to the room with a ladder himself to fix it – truly dedicated to running the business. Here are some suggestions for improvement: 1. The toilet paper quality could be better; I suggest upgrading it. 2. The water heater is electric. After two people shower, you have to wait half an hour for hot water. It would be best to inform guests about this before check-in, otherwise, running out of hot water halfway through a shower, especially with children, can be quite frustrating. 3. It would be better if the DIY breakfast items were purchased according to the number of guests and duration of stay. This would prevent waste from uneaten food that can't be taken away. 4. Before check-in, the Ctrip order showed complimentary travel photography, children's swim rings, and sand play tools. These might not be offered unless you proactively ask upon arrival. However, I think shared children's sand play tools are a great idea as they reduce waste. I suggest actively offering or asking guests about these amenities upon check-in for a better experience. I also drove a sightseeing car to pick us up. After arriving at the store, I was really surprised. The atmosphere was full. It was still an electric toilet. The bed was very comfortable. It didn’t lose the hotel. The beach was downstairs. There were many snacks in the town. The price was simply cost-effective. I forgot to shoot the room in a hurry.
