"The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall with a variety of restaurants. We booked a suite with a kitchen, which allowed us to buy our own groceries and prepare simple meals at the hotel. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and our room was spacious and comfortable."

"Normally check in time is at 3pm fortunately our room was available so we can check in earlier. Staff at reception were very politely and friendly. We were a group of 3 adults and reserved a two queen room which was tidy and towels were clean. Surely we will consider to stay at this hotel again if we plan to travel next time."

"During our stay the hotel us under renovation. We stay at Ground Floor. Even though we have a window, we had to put the curtains up all the time. And the swimming pool and gym were not available most of our stay. House keeping was provided only twice a week and only once a week the house keeping was for entire room. However, after each house keeping, some of the amenities in the room were missing. One time we were left with 1 coffee mug for the two of us. Another time one garbage bin was missing. Breakfast was good, though. On weekends the breakfast was served from 7:30am instead of 6:30am during the weekdays. One Saturday we had to leave at 6:45am to join a tour so we thought we'd have no breakfast. But then we came across the staff in the restaurant and he heated up two burgers for us to bring along. We are thankful for his help. There was no eating places around. That's một very convenient."

"The hotel facilities are a bit dated; the photos might be from when they were brand new, so the actual experience might differ somewhat. The suites were spacious, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. The breakfast was okay, but there were far too few seats. Our family of three went down at 8 am and there wasn't a single seat available. We slowly got our food and waited another five or six minutes before we could sit down, which was a bit of a disappointment. It seems that bottled water is only free for Happy Hour members; we only realized this after we drank it, but it didn't seem to come with an extra charge."

"I have spent 14 days in this hotel. Good: 1) The room is pretty spacious 2) Quite lot of parking space (can't reserve it but i never see it full during my stay). 3) Free breakfast of reasonable quality. You can also bring it to hotel room if you want. 4) There are quite a few restaurants in five minutes walk. 5) There is coin-based laundary with dryers on 2nd floor. And you can change coins on the front desk if you don't have. 6) There is a small swimming pool and a gym. 7) The building is not very new but they have renovated it. e.g., The TV in the room is a big flat screen. 7) The room is generally clean. They offer housekeeping service every other day. 8) The room is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, bowls, cups, knife and chopping boards. Basically all utensils for cooking are ready. Nitpicks: 1) The air conditioner is a bit noisy but it is ok for me 2) The socket for TV are broken when I got in. But they have fixed it in a few hours by laying some extension cords around the room so it's considered ok 3) The mattress of the double bed is not pocketed 4) Some minor issues on the elevators sometimes it stayed on the original floor, instead of moving to the target floor (I encountered twice) 5) The bleach of the swimming pool is a bit strong I always got red eyes for a few hours after swimming."

"This hotel was very satisfying and offered great value for money. **Facilities:** Pretty good! It even had a kitchen with pots and pans. Although I didn't use them, the facilities were fully equipped, and the room rate was reasonable, which is commendable. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** Nice. There's a car park, and a Quanjude restaurant right downstairs. **Service:** The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke Chinese, which made things a lot easier. The service staff were enthusiastic and proactively offered to help with luggage."
