"The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool and out toward the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The location is about a 40-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which we didn’t mind at all as the scenic coastal views along the way made it an enjoyable stroll. One aspect that detracted from our experience, however, was the inconsistency in staff hospitality. While several team members were kind, welcoming, and helpful, the initial check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who check us in came across as unfriendly, and another interaction included an abrupt comment along the lines of “you get what you pay for,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Given that similar feedback appears in other reviews, it may be worth reinforcing customer service training to ensure a consistently welcoming and respectful experience for all guests. With more consistent service, this could easily be a standout stay."

"I had a mixed experience staying at Solaris Lux apartments. Starting with the positives, the location is excellent. It is a very short walk to the beach, and it is easy to walk to both the historic old town and the main shopping area. Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome, and the apartment itself was generally well equipped with all the basic amenities. Unfortunately, the downsides prevented me from fully enjoying my stay, and I felt the property was overpriced for what it offers. The apartment is showing significant signs of wear and tear, and I was disappointed to find stains on both the furniture and the bed linen. Noise from the adjacent road is also a constant issue day and night. Furthermore, crossing this road to get to the beach can be quite dangerous, which is worth noting if you are traveling with children. Another unexpected issue was the salty tap water. While I understand that the host cannot control the local water infrastructure, they really should explain this situation to guests at arrival so they can prepare. Lastly, there was a lingering smell of cat urine in the entrance area of the apartment. Solaris Lux has great potential due to its location, but it needs maintenance to justify its current price."

"The two-bedroom bed was two single-bedrooms that were just attached to each other, so sleep was not very comfortable. The parking is declared, but it is not, I had to park in minutes 15-20 through the bridge from the old city, in principle, not so scary, but I specifically looked for hotels with parking (by the way, my Google cards led us under the brick, so if you want to drive directly to the hotel be careful). The air conditioner is good, there is a night mode, well cooled. Also, besides the house with rooms there is a small garden on which turtles walk freely, it is not difficult to find because they are quite a lot, there are small and big. It was very delighted"

"Rest in this beautiful house at the end of April 26. Choose these apartments at a very high rating of visitors and this choice was just amazing. The owner named Radonia created the perfect place to accommodate his guests. From the very beginning I went to us to the meeting and set us on 1.5 an hour before 14.00, I got coffee immediately after arrival, told about all places that you can visit in Montenegro. My 6-year-old son, the owner and his parents gave us some sweet gift every day. One day, they treated us with delicious pancakes. The apartments have several parking spaces, which is very convenient for those who came by car. We lived on the first floor and the car was right next door. The kitchen in the room has all the necessary dishes for cooking. Also, there is coffee, salt, sugar sunflower oil. If suddenly you forgot to buy something in the store for cooking, ask the owner and he will help. In the welcome minibar, several free drinks. The location of apartments is 100 meters from the coastline. To the old hail which is on foot 20-25. I advise everyone to stay at Radonia. Although I understand that the more excellent reviews, the more difficult it will be to book these apartments again :) And Montenegro itself causes visual ecstasy! Very beautiful country."
