"One of the best value-for-money hotels in Udon Thani. There are promotions available quite often, making the stay even more worthwhile. The room itself is clean and comfortable, with a good shower. There is a slight smell in the room, but it’s not a big issue considering the price point. The sleep quality here is still excellent. The breakfast is definitely one of the highlights. If you enjoy local Thai food, you’ll love it here. There’s a wide variety of choices, and the menu doesn’t feel repetitive even for repeat stays. Highly recommended."

"Very good place to take a rest. There is quite and clean. You have a big room with a king size bed. Everything necessary is near - mini shops, laundry, 7/11, beautiful park. Also you there are two fridge at the reception with cold water, milk, other beverages, instant noodles, cookies, point with hop water and microwave. And if you forget your teeth brush - you can buy it here aswell. Pretty place."

"Just had 1 night stay at Banbua. Have stayed before at other 4* hotels in Udon. This hotel is one notch above in my opinion. The room was well-appointed, spacious, and impeccably clean. Breakfast had great choices and real coffee for a change. Good bed, really comfy good for farangs comfort. Overall, a great experiemce. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"A very simple and good quality hotel, all you need for a short stay. The room is a nice size, it has a small coffee/eating area, a little garden area to chill in and it is a 5 minute walk from the central Udon centre. Staff were friendly and you can do your own laundry on the complex. Great price, great quality (stayed with my girlfriend who echoes my thoughts)."

"The rooms are clean and the accommodation is located in the city center. The sea view is great and it's easy to find food. There are plenty of shops nearby, including a 7-Eleven, food stalls, Amazon Cafe, a beauty salon, and a pharmacy. The reception staff are very friendly. It's not far from Central Plaza. I will definitely stay here again."

"About 4 km from the airport, if you call a Grab, it'll cost about 40 baht for a motorbike taxi. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and as advertised. It's located behind Udon Thani Hospital. A few hundred meters from Nong Prajak, the hotel has three floors, no elevator. Luckily, I was lucky to be on the ground floor. The breakfast room offers bread, toast with condensed milk, jam, and chocolate. Tea, coffee, Ovaltine, and a microwave are also available. Hot and cold water are provided. Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 12:00. The room has a TV with poor reception, but it has channels in many languages. A 5-cubic-foot refrigerator is provided. The bathroom is clean and has separate wet and dry areas. There's a small bar of soap, shampoo, shower cap, and cotton swabs. There's a water heater and fresh, large towels. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning is cool. I really like that they have free bicycles for rent."
