"The room is simple, but the bathroom is good and heating works. The hotel is worth the breakfast, the thousands of antique pieces, artworks, the forest, the trail, the swimming pools, the parking enclosed by a beautiful garden, the beautiful family history and the staff working in the same place there are more 30 years old. "Já me hospedei em inúmeros lugares em Gramado e Canela. O hotel Bertolucci é uma delícia de lugar, super aconchegante. As instalações são mais antigas, o local é do proprietário há muitos anos. Tudo funciona perfeitamente, o quarto estava impecável, tudo muito limpo, e o atendimento é excelente. Recepcionistas muito carismáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã delicioso, e inclusive tinha uma música ao vivo, deliciosa."

GGuest UserGreat service at reception, delicious food with several breakfast options, the guys at reception helped me carry my bags, they looked after me very well, daily cleaning in the rooms during my stay, there was an iron available for guests , because I really needed it, and it was free, 24-hour kitchen available to guests for free use, I also loved it, car garage you don't have to worry, because they keep the keys to guests' cars at reception in case they need to take the car for you to go out. Change of towels sheets every day. And it's a very well located place, I got to know the whole area walking with my boyfriend, I only went to further places by car. I have nothing to complain about. And when there were questions, the reception staff were very kind and willing to explain. I would definitely return to the hotel!

Heated covered swimming pool and toy are good attractions for rainy days. The hotel is very well trained and careful staff, and the fact that the parking is paid is a negative point.

Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.
