This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was good; you could order an omelet. Filtered drinking water was available in the lobby. There was a shopping mall nearby, within walking distance. It's in the CBD, quite safe, and about a 20-minute walk from the airport.

Spotless experience. Excellent rooms prrfect location very atrentivr customer service and super professional management. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in every way. Definitely recommended

The location is convenient, because San Diego Airport is a large transit airport, so you must book in advance. The hotel is very conveniently located opposite Terminal T2! There is also luggage storage, which must be stored before check-in. If you check out after check-in, you can't store it! The twin room bed is also quite large. There are three of us in one room, and two people sleeping on one bed is not crowded

Nice hotel in Las Condes within walking distance of many restaurants/shops. Upmarket, safe area. Modern, decent sized room. Small rooftop pool for a quick dip. Good restaurant downstairs. Great rates on the weekend. Highly recommended!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here this trip. It’s been an excellent hotel. Very comfortable room and beds, well positioned for shops and restaurants and a really helpful staff. I definitely recommend.

The service of this hotel is very thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the taste is also very good. The price-performance ratio is very high, and I will come again next time.

The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it.
