It was a very comfortable and pleasant trip. The housekeeper Xiaolan was warm, attentive and cute. All the service staff were very kind. It felt like home here. It was originally dusty, but it cleared up in the afternoon. I was lucky to see the bonfire in the store. This time, I stayed for one day because time was tight. I will definitely come back for vacation next time when the grapes are ripe. I am very happy to meet you all. See you next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Yinchuan, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. **Service:** The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the team was very helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions. **Rooms:** My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, featuring modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities as well. **Amenities:** The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a variety of options to suit different tastes, including local dishes as well as international favorites. **Overall Experience:** My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Yinchuan Glorious Center was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yinchuan. We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Very clean hotel located in strategic area in the middle of the city. The view is breathtaking. I can see the whole city from my room. Spacious room and very comfortable. Breakfast is ok. But still i prefer the meal outside the hotel. The hospitality service could have been better. Yinchuan has great potential to be a tourism destination. And hospitality service is a game changer.

The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay. Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. In terms of price, this place is really good and very affordable. It was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids, which worked perfectly for our family. We booked this hotel because we had a connecting flight, and it was a convenient choice. The front desk staff and the lobby attendant were very helpful and friendly. There is also a small library in the lobby, plus free candies and biscuits, which our kids absolutely loved. Overall, it was a great value for money and a pleasant stay.

A very artistic homestay with a very tasteful decoration style. Every decoration is just right, and even the breakfast is so exquisite. There were only two breakfasts originally, but we brought children with us, so the boss made a special breakfast for children, which was so thoughtful! There is also a beautiful souvenir. Although it was opened in 2018, the whole homestay does not seem to be old, and it is still as new. It is a great experience. I recommend it to friends!
