The front desk staff was very helpful and provided an excellent level of service.

The room is very spacious, the hotel has excellent sound insulation, the corridor is spacious and clean. I usually travel a lot for business, and this May Day parent-child stay is also very good. In addition to the Western buffet, noodles, wontons and mutton offal are all freshly made and hot. The service is very thoughtful. On the first day, my pants were stained with oil while eating. Having traveled from out of town specifically for tourism, I must say that Atour's service has always been excellent. Everyone I encountered at the hotel was incredibly welcoming. Since I'm traveling with a child, I always choose Atour when I go out. Most importantly, it's clean and hygienic; the room was meticulously cleaned, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, featuring local specialties. What impressed me most was that, because of the significant temperature difference between day and night, and since I hadn't brought many warm clothes, my child caught a slight cold and developed a fever after two days of travel. I asked the front desk to borrow a thermometer, and the staff proactively brought it to my room, along with fever-reducing patches. They even called that evening to check on my child and offered to bring some hot porridge to the room. Although it was a simple greeting, it felt incredibly heartwarming in a strange city like my own. Thank you to all the hotel staff! Atour will be my first choice again!

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

GGuest UserThe Chateau de Chateau de Chadolan is my favorite hotel on this trip to Ningxia! The entire hotel is surrounded by vineyards, and the Helan Mountains are majestic in the distance. It was so beautiful to watch the sunset at dinner in the restaurant👍. The room is warm and comfortable, with seats on the balcony. You can watch the stars at night and overlook the Helan Mountains in the morning. The winery brews its own wine, and the little sister takes the tour and explains, so that the little students can gain knowledge. The little housekeeper Guo Guo is thoughtful and caring, and the arrangements are very in place! Breakfast is booked in advance, there are many options, and it tastes very good. Dinner was booked with the little housekeeper one day in advance. The ingredients are fresh, taste good, and the quantity is sufficient. The dining environment is great! The nights here are very quiet. Our family sits on the balcony and enjoys this cool and comfortable night. It's so comfortable. I love this hotel👍

TTraveller70nyWellness themed hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The surroundings are really nice including the river and several parks.
A few staff spoke good English and really helped this non-mandarin speaking guest a lot, especially to call taxis. The housekeeper on my level was also very sweet and friendly and efficient. Would happily stay there again.

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay.

GGuest UserOur first night was in a capsule room, which was quite spacious and comfortable for adults, and the kids really enjoyed it. For the second and third nights, we moved to a different room. Half of the curtains didn't block out light, the toilet constantly ran 24/7, and the shower would suddenly turn completely cold every three minutes or so. It was really terrible; it might just be a hardware issue with that particular room.

The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. ThumbsUp 👍
