Hotels near Neili Train Station, Taoyuan

This was my third stay, and this time I booked a room with a floor-to-ceiling window, but it couldn't be opened, so it felt quite similar to their windowless rooms. The front desk and lobby are on the 30th floor, while the rooms are on the 28th. The coffee machine in the lobby requires you to use the cups from your room, which is inconvenient and hard to enjoy. However, it's great that the TV in the room offers free Blu-ray movies. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Old Street Creek exit, the last stop on the airport MRT line.

Location is its biggest selling point, just a few minutes' walk from Zhongli Railway Station and Bus Station, making it convenient for all modes of transportation. The location is undeniably excellent. However, the hotel itself is rather old, and the facilities are lacking. I even occasionally encountered small insects in the room. I think it's more suitable for travelers without children, someone who will stay one night and leave the next day. It's an acceptable option.

Great hotel with parking lot. The most beneficial part of my self - drive car trip is that the hotel provides a safe underground garage for guests with no fees. It is expensive and hard to find a place to park the car in Taiwan. The room is spacious and comfy with brick wallpaper. The most admire is the three single beds instead of one double bed plus one single bed . However, the breakfast is not impressive. Minimum choices offered. In conclusion, I totally recommend this hotel for the free parking ,clean and spacious room compared to the price.

This established five-star hotel boasts excellent staff training. Ms. Marine's friendly service during check-in made us feel incredibly welcome and at home! We had booked an executive twin room, which originally had one king and one single bed, but we were upgraded to two king beds. The bathroom and toilet in the room were very clean and new, and both the bathtub and shower had very comfortable hot water. The hotel is also within walking distance of Sogo Department Store and the night market.

I stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley,here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here.

We ordered a triple bed room. The room was super big and so was the toilet. The toilet comes with a bath tub and one can literally play mahjong inside the toilet space. The rooms are clean and new and nice but the hotel doesn't provide any amenities like tooth brush etc. Shampoo and body wash are provided, so are bath room slippers. The receptionists and team are well trained and the lobby space is nice. Free snacks and drinks are available at the lobby.

Not the best value for money. We booked it because we thought it would be near the airport but the airport is still very far away by both taxi and public transport so if you are in the same situation I would advise you book a different hotel. Nonetheless the receptionists are friendly and the room is just fine.

Very spacious room and excellent location in the centre of Zhongli town, only walk 3-4 minutes to intercity bus station and train station. There are many restaurants, NET and NIKE outlet downstairs Nice lobby with Christmas decoration at 10F. Water dispenser, washing machine and drying machine are available, very convenient. Room is clean. Only that the furniture (especially sofa) and carpet are rather old, need to be replaced.

Nice and comfy bed. Breakfast can be better. A little far from airport and navigating the traffic is a little difficult. Overall, I still like the hotel as toilet and bath room are separated. There is a shower and bathtub, super good for old folks if they do not to use bathtub. Walking to night market is also not far, good for exercise after a full meal

If you come to Zhongli and need an accommodation then this is a good option. Exterior view maybe so so but the room is big and good. Breakfast was sumptuous. There are free laundry machines for guests too.
