Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hat sich um das komplette Gepäck gekümmert. Die Ausstattung war bis auf das Bett in Ordnung. Habe noch nie auf so einer harten Matratze geschlafen, da hätte man auch auf einem Holzbrett liegen können. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht dort, dafür war es in Ordnung.

Here’s I really liked the hotel, first of all because of its excellent location. I would also like to highlight the staff — they are very responsive, friendly, and attentive. The reception desk truly operates 24/7. My flight arrived late at night, and I reached the hotel around 3 a.m. The check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which was very important for me. The room was clean, well-ventilated, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I was especially pleased with the view of the pyramids. The bed linen was fresh and clean, and there were no issues with cleanliness. The room included all necessary bathroom amenities as well as tea-making facilities. Special thanks to the hotel manager — an incredibly kind, helpful, and warm person who was always ready to assist. He even brought me fruit, which was a very pleasant and unexpected gesture. Breakfast was simple but sufficient for a light morning snack — enough to not feel hungry during the first hours after waking up. Overall, I had a very positive experience. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality and a wonderful trip!

I was lucky to booked this place for 4 nights stay , room was modern decor and very clean . When I arrival early in the morning at 9am , they just let me into my room to rest after an overnight train ride . Mr Mohammed’s family are in Giza area for few hundreds year, so basically they know every one in the area , if you need any resources just check with him . From guest house to pyramid or GEM only USD2 Uber ride will get you there . Thank You Mohamad arrange car n bring us to Sakkara n Giza pyramid , will definitely recommend to my friends and family to stay at Makai

The place is good and its near the Pyramid, close to market and just a few minutes to airport.  You can also enjoy the view and have your coffee and snack at the roof top

Very good room! The host of this hotel is very friendly, he give us travel advice and help us change some money. The workers in this hotel are also very nice! They help us move our luggage to the room and give us a plate of strawberry for free 🥹😋! By the way they can also help you order the food delivery. The view of the room is excellent! You can see the pyramids just inside your room through the window very clearly. And I really recommend Chinese to book this hotel because the host can speak Chinese very well.

The hotel beds is comfy, amenities all is good. The location wise is just next to el-sabah mosque. Easy to set as pickup point if you use uber/didi/indrive.  This hotel provided free breakfast, and the rooftop view is very nice. Can see the pyramid giza. The counter checkin is open 24hours and the hotel owner is ready to help you.

Casa de Pyramids gave me a home for my 2-night stay in Cairo. Nosh, the manager, was very hospitable and tried to answer all my questions about Egypt and how to get around. They are not pushy and respect your privacy. It’s quite affordable, considering they have new and spacious rooms. I got the pyramid view with a bathtub.

The view of Pyramids on the roof of the hotel is amazing, the location of hotel is quite good, it is 10 minutes drive to either great Pyramids or Grand Egyptian Museum. From the exterior of hotel it didn't surprise customers but inside it is above the average level. There was issue with water heater which stopped working twice during my stay, the fix was quick but I think it should be checked before customers check in. The room itself is big enough and clean. The restaurant on the roof is good and price is a little bit expensive comparing with other places nearby, there was a mess in the morning as it looks like the staff is not ready for the customers to rush in when it is breakfast time. The service of excursion desk was terrible, that is the worst part. You need to double confirm, triple confirm if you booked anything, daily trip, airport drop off. The response was not in time, there was merely confirmation. On my first day after check-in, I was supposed to have a half day trip to Museum with guide, then the excursion desk told me 1 hour before the trip that the guide couldn't make it because one family member passed away, which I got to know later on it is a typical excuse that guide got another better offer to do. The excursion desk took no responsibility for the change, in the end agreed that to refund the guide part but no apology or anything, just like it happens always. When I checked in, I also paid to book the airport drop off two days after, because it would be early morning to the airport and I want to make sure the car and driver is prepared in advance. Then the night before the date we check out, I double checked with the excursion desk, found there was no booking made! I can't image what will happen if I didn't check with him and wait in the lobby in the early morning without a car coming. I asked the guy to book the car before my eyes and communicate the same to reception for the same. I will definitely not recommend the excursion desk here. And also anyhow the excursion service is outsourced, they will just ask another agent to deliver the service for you, it is common there.

From the outside it looked like a ruin, but the inside was surprisingly clean, something you wouldn't expect from the exterior.

I highly recommend it !!!! It is very close to all points of interest Pyramids museum etc!! The kids are amazing !!!! Thank you Nour, Fatima, Bull!!!
