Amazing stay at Puerto Azul Hotel. Perfect location, spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus for relaxation. Highly recommend!

To be honest, it was pretty good, but not outstanding. A month has passed, and I have neither a good impression nor a bad memory of it.

Very nice hotel, highly recommended. The facilities are not particularly new but everything is there. You can see that the standard was very high back then. The room is large, with plenty of hot water, a large balcony and welcome fruit. The hotel has a separate yard with a swimming pool and a nice garden. The breakfast is rich and has a full range of dishes. The location is not special. It takes a while to walk to the beach. There is also a bus stop next to it. It is very convenient to take a bus from the city and sit directly until the evening. There are also buses that can go directly to the airport within walking distance.

Good and clean hotel but animation is missing

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel in Puerto de la Cruz! Everything was great – clean rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, and a fantastic location close to restaurants, the beach, and attractions. I especially want to highlight the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. You were always greeted with a smile, questions were answered immediately, and you simply felt welcome. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hostel and would love to come back!

The hotel is located right in the center of the city on the waterfront. From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the ocean and hear the waves, creating a sense of eternity, and all the hustle and bustle melts away. The hotel is over 300 years old, and the original furnishings have been preserved, including portraits of the founding fathers and even the original floors. It's fantastic! And the chiming of the clock on the ancient tower... The rooms themselves are clean and spacious. The food is excellent; you won't go hungry. The hotel is mostly British and German. The bus station is a convenient 15-minute walk away. Overall, the hotel leaves a pleasant impression and I would happily return!

The first apartment I stayed in Tenerife, the location is very good, very close to the beach, very convenient to Loro Zoo, and many restaurants and bars around

We were looking for basic budget accommodation, just to sleep, while visiting the island. It met our expectations, close to the center, clean, and with parking spaces for reduced mobility.

location is super close to bus station and city centre. 24h front desk, can leave luggage for free. Checkin is in another apartment which is 1 min walk away, no problem with that. The studio comes with everything including fridge, hair dryer, microwave etc, but no fan/ac in the room, however it’s not too hot even in summer july
