GGuest UserI have been here before. Good things: convenient location to central train station and shops. Nice and relaxing swimming pool with jacuzzi and steam room. Rooms are OK but clean with coffee and tea and ironing facilitie. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Bad things: dinner is limited options, expensive and not good value for money. To add an insult to the injury I had a dessert and there was 1/2 strawberry 🍓 on the top for decoration. I left to last bite to finish with and the taste was terrible. It had onions taste 🤧 my guess they used the same knife for cutting the onions for cutting the strawberry and it was not nice at all - just disgusting and unprofessional. Apart from this everything was good and I would be back but unlikely I would like to here again.

However, the hotel's corner position shielded us from noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for our kids. It was just a 7-minute walk to Central Station and the town, surrounded by numerous restaurants. **Service and Cleanliness:** We arrived before the 3 PM check-in and were allowed to check in early, despite the 4 PM policy. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family. The lobby had a lovely sitting area and a small bar, but we chose to explore the many dining options in the city instead.

GGuest UserHotel is well situated in the city centre, opposite the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and had everything needed. It was a bit warm but nothing much could be done about that given the weather and time of year.

GGuest UserSpent a night here. Had to keep my windows open for ventilation as there was no air conditioning nor fan in the room. Location is okay, one bus from city centre. Receptionists are nice and easy to talk to. Many thanks for the tea and coffee made available in the room.

GGuest UserThe hotel was perfectly situated for our needs, the restaurant was very near and the Carvery was very nice. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The Metro was very near, which we took advantage of. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

HHenyoushanyoutaoI arrived a day early due to the wrong flight, so I booked this inn at the airport because it was the only triple room available near the airport. It took a short taxi ride to get there, the reception was very warm, the room rate of more than 300 yuan was very cheap, the shared bathroom, I don't know if I didn't adjust it well, there was no hot water, the room was relatively small, the bedding was very clean, Newcastle was a bit cold this season, the room was heated in the second half of the night. There is a supermarket near the inn.
