Hotels near Bogor Train Station, Central Bogor

Strategic location not far from Bogor Botanical Gardens, close to shopping centers, and the hotel staff service is friendly and good👌🏻

When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. Very happy with the Hotel and the room that we stayed in, we booked the deluxe twin bed and they upgraded our room with the bigger size. We also requested a quiet and nonsmoking room which is we are happy with what we got. They just need to upgrade the towel cause it’s looks old already and do the maintenance of the furniture inside the room cause some of their chair have lots of stains. Breakfast menu not bad, lots of options. Just need to check the plates some of them they didn’t wash properly.  Location it’s superb, very convenient to go here and there. Staff very friendly. Currently, I'm a pregnant woman. the room is located on 6 floors and the elevator only reaches the 5 floors then I have to continue by the staircase to the sixth floor. The room is so smelly with smoke, We asked to change the room to a nonsmoking room but they can't give. the bathroom tile is so slippery we must be extra careful when bathing. when breakfast time we didn't know our room had already been checked as having taken the breakfast we just got down to have breakfast, luckily the manager saw this intention and allowed me to have breakfast. the room has a no-view window even though it's on the sixth floor, how come?

Location is very central behind McD Bogor Botanical Garden. There is BTM mall just beside. Deluxe room is small but clean. Water heater works well. Pool size is ok for kids but the water is very cold. We opted room without breakfast so can't comment on d food. Breakfast is 100k per pax. Room twin bed is 120cm each. There is small fridge. But no hairdryer. I think the room is just lacking of space for putting things. If they put the tv on the wall it will be better

My staycation at The Mirah Hotel was very comfortable. The location is excellent, being close to many establishments like Chocomory, Starbucks, local eateries (for Pecel Ayam), Fat Bubble, and more. However, it would be great if they could consider providing basic amenities such as combs, cotton buds, and shampoo, as these were not available.

The room was nice and clean, and the hotel is centrally located in Bogor. However, the room wasn't soundproof, so the noise from passing motorcycles and cars could be heard quite clearly inside. This was quite disruptive and loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I was lucky enough to get a great price at first, but literally the next day, the price for the same room shot up significantly. My tip for families (4 adults): rather than paying for an extra bed and additional breakfast, it's much better to just book a second room. This way, you're all set with enough beds and breakfast! For context, adding breakfast yesterday cost 150k per person. If you opt for an extra bed, the rate is 350k per bed, which only includes breakfast for one.

We had a great stay in Ibis Pajajaran, personalised service, great breakfast and dinner, perfect Reception service and everybody was really kind. They gave us a top floor room with beautiful views. Perfect location for visiting the famous botanical gardens. We went back three times just to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful old trees. Thank you for the good time!

Fast check-in and check-out. The room was very spacious with great view from 21st floor. Breakfast changes every day for certain items. Really appreciate the late check-out at 12.30pm instead. Smart TV available which is really good. They replenished the bottles for you but you can refill outside the room via the water dispenser. Water heater is definitely never an issue here. Every time the water is hot when we want it, for shower or in the bathtub. Really enjoyed the stay here
