"The location is super convenient, just right opposite the Tunjungan Plaza. The staff are polite and greet us with a smile whenever they see us. The room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. My only suggestion is maybe they can provide bathrobes in the rooms."

I particularly enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet, featuring a delightful selection of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. Moreover, the hotel's facilities had a lovely swimming pool surrounded by greenery, two tennis courts, spa and massage ,perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. It’s my second stay at Bumi Surabaya and I look forward to returning in the future. They made a Honeymoon decoration for us and the room provided was nice and quiet as requested (as we were going to Bromo and need to sleep during the afternoon to start the trip at midnight). AC work perfectly, the cleaning was good and there were lots of amenities."

"This hotel is centrally located with plenty of eateries and major shopping mall Tunjungan Plaza within 5 mins walk away. The breakfast buffet has a very good spread and the entire hotel was very clean and orderly. The service staff were very helpful and able to converse in simple English. This is a super value for money hotel to stay with the family."
