i am happy with all around services. got hair dryer.scissors.. cleaned my room without asking.. clean turkish towels. nice big glass windows.which helps in getting good sunlight.shower water flow was adequate.. with right water pressure..all in all a very comfortable stay. front desk support was also great👍

Hotel room was excellent. Very neat and clean. It was specious enough. Hotel common area and lobby was also very clean. Hotel location is great. Metro station is at 5min walk. Lot of good quality restaurants around the hotel location. Staff was very nice and polite.

Very calm and more over the important thing is that neatness all areas including bathroom is very clean. Wifi connection is too good as well special place for work got my attention. Overall its a best experience.

Rooms are decent but not great. Services are very disappointing. There is no kitchen, and the staff outrightly rejects any request you try to make. I had to call the reception multiple times to ask for even basic amenities like dental kit, shaving kit, water bottles, room cleaning, etc... and the response and actions were always delayed. Below average breakfast was served with very limited options. They don't even serve tea or coffee apart from breakfast as well as they don't allow zomato/swiggy to deliver at your doorsteps. You need to come downstairs everytime you need to collect anything. Kanchan Cafe (adjacent to this proprty) serves very good tea and snacks The only advantage of this property is its location. They are located right opposite to The Leela and in the heart of Indira Nagar. Book only if you don't have any better options in Indira Nagar.

Whatever money you pay is worth every penny. Had trouble finding places in a budget , until i tried olive domlur. Had a very pleasant stay. If hygiene, privacy etc is someones concern this is their remedy. Highly satisfied with how the rooms were presented and also the staff were literally the best. Theres no doubt in where to book a stay next time in bangalore!!

Banyan tree provides great accommodation options in the city and especially when one has to travel long distance for their professional reasons. The hotel is located at a prime location, and has great amenities within walking distance make it even a great stay. Staff are very friendly, warm, room is well equipped and furnished, the wifi connection is robust. It is an ideal place for my stay week on week. A highly recommended stay within indiranagar who wants stay within the bustling part of the city.

I chose the hotel to improve the quality of my stay in Bangalore. Before moving to this hotel, we rented four rooms in a small hotel near my place of work. From the picture on the website and from the reviews, I got the impression that the hotel was what I needed. Unfortunately, the impressions formed from the reviews began to crumble upon check-in at the hotel. At the entrance, we were met by a search like at an airport. We were not allowed to bring our personal tools (and we came to the city to work) into the room (during check-out, there were difficulties with packing our luggage!). Upon check-in, we specifically asked about dinner, to which the manager told us everything except that we needed to specifically go to the reception desk and state a specific desire. Initially, we asked about dinner, meaning to have dinner at the hotel, during the conversation we decided that the issue was resolved. We went to have dinner, and they billed us 1.5 times more than stated. In response to all attempts to resolve the misunderstanding, the manager ”played stupid.” For a hotel that positions itself as a 4-star hotel, a manager who is unable to resolve an incident (which arose, among other things, due to his fault) is at the very least incomprehensible. Further, there is nothing to watch on TV! If before this we lived in a small hotel without stars and there was a smart TV in each room, then here there is something like cable, but without a selection. The rooms are spacious, and it would be good if they carried out some kind of interior renovation, but it seemed that the interior remained from the time of the hotel's construction. The air conditioning system generally worked, but its remote control was falling apart and did not give confidence in its correct operation. A good view from the window is spoiled by dirty windows, when I asked about washing them, the manager said that they do not open and there is no such possibility, in the previous hotel everything was much better. The curtains are eaten by moths or have become worn out over time. The walls in the shower are slippery, a layer of biota does not give a feeling of safety, however, in the pool located on the roof there is a similar situation. Regarding the room service, the staff has only the kindest words, friendly and ready to help. The same applies to the women from the management team. The men behaved strangely. To summarize the above: Good location, friendly junior staff (service). That's where the pros end. There are no four stars at all! All the pros are leveled by the poor maintenance and old interiors of the rooms. The unwillingness of the managers to seek compromises from situations created, including through their fault. The location is surrounded by traffic jams, it is difficult to get out in the morning and evening. Uber or Rapido will not help during rush hour. Only walking. I do not recommend this hotel for accommodation to foreign tourists, especially those who speak English poorly or do not speak English (Kannada and Hindi).

The hotel location is average, but the decoration and interior design are very good, full of Arabian style, luxurious atmosphere, and the design of the bathroom is very Nordic, which is a perfect score. Breakfast was very varied and service was in place. The gym was a little disappointed, very small and very few equipment. The account manager at the front desk has to make a point, it's just too embarrassing. I've lived in so many five-star hotels and no one speaks to customers like him. Obviously I paid the full amount when I checked in, but when I renewed my room, I was charged an extra 807 rupees. Then I found out that it was an internal problem of the hotel. In summary, I hope the hotel can improve the gym and train the service quality. Oh yes, it's also very strange that the lights in the entrance of the room can't be turned off.
