GGuest UserMy stay at Grand Vistara Airport Hotel, Kochi was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located near the airport, making travel extremely convenient. What truly sets this place apart is the kindness and hospitality of the owner, Sam, and his amazing team. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine warmth and care. Sam personally ensures that every guest feels welcomed and comfortable, and his team reflects the same level of professionalism and friendliness. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, offering a great night’s rest after travel. Service was prompt, courteous, and always with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and heartfelt stay near Kochi Airport. I will definitely choose Grand Vistara again on my next visit.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport. The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet. The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them. Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression. The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience. While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown. That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

GGuest UserSmall little cosy resort. Very convenient location and boat jetty, waterfront, top restaurants are all very walkable and near. The room is clean, has old heritage feel and tasteful furniture.
Staff is very helpful, specially Sumith was managing the breakfast crowd nicely and helping everyone.
plenty of autos are around the place and do not forget to visit several cafes nearby for old world charm and tasty food.

GGuest UserWe are freely upgraded to Business class room. Room is super spacious but really old. Not a 5 star but 3-4 star acceptable.
