We stayed at this wonderful hotel with our family in February 2025, we chose the hotel ourselves and we were right! The hotel is new, the staff is very, very attentive and friendly! The restaurant on the roof is a separate topic for discussion, they hold salsa and Latin dance evenings there, and the food there is very tasty, although a bit expensive), but it's worth it! Thanks to the hotel staff for our great vacation! Keep up the good work!!! Good luck!

Upon arriving at GOX Airport, I realized there was no hotel there, so I quickly booked a hotel for 4 days. It was about a 45-minute taxi ride from the airport and a 5-minute walk from the beach, so it was convenient yet had a calm, local atmosphere. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and polite. The housekeeping was also done every day, making it a very pleasant trip. It's a hotel I'd like to visit again next year.

The room was spacious and the bed was big enough to sleep comfortably. With air conditioning and fan, hot water. Mine had a small terrace and an armchair. Very close to restaurants and Turtle Beach (10 minutes walk). Quiet and clean room.

It's a nice little hotel if you want to cook for yourself. Rooms in the old building come with a small kitchenette. The staff is helpful, and cleaning and linen changes are available upon request. We requested service every three days. We didn't see them washing the floors, as walking barefoot would be unlikely; our feet would immediately turn black. I saw them only sweeping, so we wore slippers. The old building and its furniture are long overdue for renovation, but we knew what we were getting into. Next door is a new building built to European standards, but there's no kitchen, which was a concern. The steel building is fine. The doors are padlocked, so don't be surprised. There's no safe, just a small box with a key on a string, but the owner swore there were no problems with theft at the hotel, and indeed, there were none. The owner's son also lives in the old building, so if you have any problems, you can always contact him—he's always there to help. We stayed there for 16 days, and everything was fine. I recommend it to anyone who wants to save money on restaurants and cafes.

Stayed at this great hotel for 3 nights after a few nights in South Goa. Made full use of the facilities - the rooftop pool is lovely and very quiet, great views and the staff are very friendly - we checked in early without a fee and check out is midday which is much better than the normal 10am/11am. Although only a few sunbeds at the pool, they were available every day when we visited in the afternoon. The gym is also one of the most well equipped hotel gyms we’ve stayed in. We didn’t try the food at the hotel, preferring to explore outside, but it looked very good. Lots of cafes, restaurants nearby e.g. Fisherman’s Wharf over the road with Goan and international food. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, room spacious and very clean, cleaned daily, shower etc supplies replaced every day. Would definitely recommend this hotel - an oasis of calm within busy Panaji!

The highlight was walking into our beautifully decorated room — balloons, and a lovely birthday setup that made me feel so celebrated. The views from the resort are stunning, and the entire property has such a calm, luxurious vibe. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast spread, and every staff member we met was warm, polite, and genuinely caring. For our India trip, it’ll be Little India Beach Cottages that’ll be our special haven! Goa is a beautiful stretch of India already, but this hotel has gone above and beyond to make it shine all the more! We’d originally booked a standard room, but we wanted something bigger so we asked at reception for some options. They jumped at the chance to help us, suggesting one of the larger spaces which had separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. It became our little home for three nights—and we loved it! That night, we tried to hotel bar and restaurant, and from then, we ate there daily. The food is divine and easily some of my favourite Indian food! As typical Brits, we loved the sweet and spicy potato! We also tried Cabo (coconut liquor) for the first time because of the wonderful recommendation from Sonu! Sonu made sure we were looked after whenever we wandered into the restaurant, hungry and in need of some delicious curry! He was so warm and really helpful with my dietary requirements! He’s such a sweetie!! We also booked our excursions through the hotel. Kapil was not only our driver but also our tour guide! He’s super knowledgeable about Goa to an almost superhuman level! He was such a laugh on the trip and made sure we had the best time possible. He really taught us a lot about life in Goa and how the history shaped the people and life the there. He was also the one to drop us off at the airport so we got to leave on a high note! Generally, all the staff were fantastic. We were sad to leave our haven by the end. Thanks so much for our Goan experience!!

We stayed at the Stonewood Hotel in Vagator for the weekend (Saturday–Sunday). The hotel is located in Goa's party district, where parties and events are held, and if you're looking for a good night's sleep, this isn't the place for you. The music and bass from nearby parties were blaring right into the room, making it nearly impossible to sleep, even with earplugs or headphones. On the other hand, the hotel itself is very pleasant: the rooms are clean and cozy, there's a pool, beautiful sunset views, and a convenient descent to the ocean. Breakfast is modest, with a limited selection, but everything is fresh. There are several beach clubs nearby on the beach where you can find affordable and delicious food. A particularly interesting feature was the stone carving of Shiva's face on the beach. The hotel offers reasonably priced taxis, and the location is convenient for trips to local markets. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the views, service, and daytime atmosphere, but be aware of the bustling nightlife if you're planning a vacation with a good night's sleep.

Fairfield by Marriott Calangute Goa is one of the best hotels I would love to stay again. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very helpful. Room and bathroom is very clean beds are very comfortable. The view from room was great and has all the facilities including pool, gym, spa and bar. We enjoyed the breakfast too. I would highly recommend to stay at this hotel to everyone.
