"This hotel is right next to the university. Judging from the layout, it should be a converted student dormitory. The decoration is very simple, but very clean. The room is very spacious. There is a large supermarket opposite, which is very convenient for buying daily necessities. If the weather is good, you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the hotel corridorđď¸"
"Loved the hotel, staff was warm and friendly, breakfast was short, sweet and simple. Room service and cleaning was good. Location was convenient as well, transport, shops and city 15 minutes away by public transport. Rooms were good as well and very comfy."
"We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff was super helpful and kind. Very close to the train station, in a quiet neighbourhood with many good restaurants. Would stay here again."
"Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Everything was in order, but what impressed me the most was the cleanliness. From the courtyard to the room, everything was perfect. This hotel could give lessons to others on how to properly maintain a clean environment."
"Very spacious for a dorm . Excellent! The kitchen is in the basement and not used much. Basically a boutique hotel with a dorm at the roof only. Great alternative to a backpackers hostel."

Amazing
YY DarjeelingThe man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great. I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful. The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast. Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed. I will recommend to any of my friends.
TTravel addict âď¸Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware â thereâs a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend đđť
GGuest UserI arrived at the hotel very late and the reception was closed but I had an envelope with the key to my room and inside a letter to explain the check out time and breakfast times. The room was spacious and the bathroom is big enough for one person. Everything was perfect I recommend.
GGuest UserI enjoy staying in this hotel, the room is very big and clean and warm the staffs were friendly, anytime I visit Torino again I will stay in this hotel
WWutLeeValue-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishesâparticularly the flooringâcould use a refresh to better reflect the hotelâs 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.
GGuest UserVery centrally located , nearby bus routes, train station 10 minute walk, Close to San Carlo Piazza in the center of town, super friendly and helpful team at the hotel
