"This was a very satisfying business trip stay. Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the company I needed to visit and the subway station. There are also plenty of casual dining options and cafes nearby, making it convenient for business meals or personal meals, significantly saving commuting time. Environment & Facilities: The lobby has a dedicated business area, making check-in efficient. The room design is simple and practical, with a spacious desk, soft and bright lighting, and fast internet speed, making document processing and video conferencing no problem at all. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. Service & Details: The staff were very professional, proactively asking if I needed an invoice and expense report upon check-out. Room service was prompt, quickly providing extra bottled water and ironing service. The breakfast offered a good mix of Western and Chinese options, with a wide variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying and nutritious start to the day. Overall, this hotel excels in meeting core business travel needs, with excellent facilities and efficient service. It will definitely be my first choice for my next business trip."

"I absolutely loved my experience in this hotel! I didn't expect too much at first, but it was clean, a soap and shampoo, clean towels were provided. Even the breakfast was included! A wonderful buffet with a huge choice. For me,as a student and female solo traveller, it was an amazing choice with my budget! I highly recommend it, also the staff was super nice."

"The hotel is located in the historic center and can be reached on foot from the central station. The room where we stayed was on the hall floor but quiet and welcoming with a glass window that takes you to an outdoor area with a hydromassage tub. The room has all the comforts with a minibar, TV, and a bathroom equipped with towels, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. The beds with a very comfortable mattress, very important for rest. Breakfast was included and very rich in sweet, savory and drinks. The staff very kind and helpful. My final review is excellent."

"I was very happy with the room and it's facilities. I really liked that the safe had a key rather than the key pad which I can never work. I was more than happy with the level of service provided. On my first night I asked reception what plugs were used in the rooms and I was loaned an adapter plug. This was greatly appreciated as I didn't have the correct plug. Also, when I asked for help to call a taxi the night before, at reception, a note was left for the morning reception to call a taxi. True to his word a taxi was called and as stated the taxi arrived within 5 mins. All in all I was very happy with my hotel room, the staff and the location which was very close, to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. I will definitely return to Rimini and the Royal Plaza."

"Overall a basic hotel, thin blankets no duvets Italian style. The view from the 2nd floor isn’t really of the sea, more of the sidewalk so please take note. The staff were really really nice and helpful. Good location from beach but it’s quite a walk from the train station especially with luggages. Our room 216 also had a bit of a sewage smell sometimes but it goes away after a while."

"The room facilities are good. The boss is also enthusiastic. You can charge for free parking. This is much better than the hotel set last year. Because the sea view suite is big enough, the facilities are complete. The elevator to the room is designed. The only downside is that I don’t see much sea view. I will set it next year."
