Excellent resort in Hakone-Odawara area. The hotel lobby is grand and has excellent service. The staff come straight to you as soon as you enter and ask if you need assistance. I only stayed one night, but I managed to go the onsen. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the nearest train station and also to Odawara station (for elevator access). This was convenient to go to the Hakone area.

The hotel is located in a quiet, pleasant town. You can walk to the bus stop, which offers direct buses to Hakone and Ashi. The receptionist is very friendly and speaks English.
