AAnonymous UserOur recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb. There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable: 1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious ”Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab” set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey. 2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever. 3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence. If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return.

GGuest UserThis place blew us away. The location was close to the beach where we had a swim and the onsen at the location was the finest I had ever experienced. The room had a tatami area for sleeping and a little dining and cooking nook that we ended up using each day. The meals at the various restaurants were delicious and accompanied by stunning views of the hills and sea. We had such a restful time here that we would definitely wish to return.

GGuest UserA truly beautiful hotel! Everything from the architecture to the view outside the windows is top-notch. The staff are polite and welcoming, and even though we don't speak much Japanese, they patiently explain everything to us. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches, and there are plenty of complimentary drinks and amenities. If I ever come to visit Japan again, I'll definitely bring my family to stay here for longer. ありがとうございます♪

TTranber3637I had a wonderful stay at Amino Guesthouse Bench. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, which really makes the place special. The guesthouse is very clean, comfortable, and well located, just a short walk from the beach. Amino is a lovely village, especially in winter if you’re looking for calm, quiet, and a real sense of rest away from crowded places. I truly loved the atmosphere and my time there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay.

SSu MingQuiet Area, nice enviroment, great hotel. We love the place, hope to come back in my future visit this area. Initially we booked the bunk bed room and we didn't noticed that this room doesn't come with the in room bathroom, and the receptionist very helpful and explain to us that the toilet and bathroom are outside and shower need to go up another floor, we though was inconvenience for us and she let us look at the other room types and let us exchange the room. We really appreciate her help and unconditioned service. Thank you Kissuien Stay&Food. We did enjoy our dinner in the hotel restaurant and the foods is stunning. Our family love it very much. We also enjoy our breakfast in the hotel too. we love both breakfast and dinner.

GGoroh83Pretty basic but the price is right. Lawson within 1 min walk, same with metro station. Plenty of dining options. If you are ok with simple rooms and no fireworks and good location this could be it.
