The location of the hotel is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and bus stops, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly throughout check-in, our stay, and checkout. One thing that truly made us feel taken care of was the luggage service: we arrived too early to check in and left our bags with the front desk, and when we returned later, our luggage had already been placed in our room. It was such a thoughtful touch, especially after a long day of traveling, and it really made a difference in our experience. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back the next time we visit Kamakura!

We had a great stay here and really enjoyed the experience. Check-in was easy and efficient, either via the self check-in machine or with staff assistance. The lobby has a cozy, MUJI-style ambiance and provides all the basic necessities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, tea bags, lotion, and more. You can also borrow a face steamer or hair dryer near the lobby lifts, which is a nice touch. On the second floor, there are drink vending machines, an ice machine, and two washer–dryer machines. One note: I don’t recommend using the dryer—it took us almost 2 hours to dry our clothes. The room itself is standard but comfortable. A big thank you to the staff for reading and preparing for my special request in advance—I truly appreciate the effort and attention to detail. The toilet is clean and spacious, WiFi connection is good, and everything was well maintained. Breakfast is provided, and you’ll need to bring the voucher with QR code to scan before entering. There’s a good variety of Japanese and Western food, so it’s easy to find something you’ll enjoy. Overall, we really loved our stay here and would definitely come back again on our next trip. Highly recommended! 😊

My husband and I had a great mini 4 days /3 nights vacation. Nice professional staff, very helpful and courteous. Housekeeping staff is commendable , so polite, quiet and always busy. Very hardworking !! Loved the location and all the markets nearby. Great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Within an hour to Kamakura, Fujisawa and Enoshima. We will definitely to stay there on our next trip. Thank you!

I really liked it. There's a supermarket opposite the accommodation and it's about a 5-minute walk to the train station. The room is spacious, perfect for families or longer stays.

We went as a family, rooms are very spacious. You have everything needed. I like the idea that they even provide small samples from some local brands to help the local business I guess. They use Polar shower series which like a lot. Location is great too, our balcony could see Mt Fuji directly if the weather is clear.

Lovely stay at this guest house. Friendly and welcoming owners that made us feel at home during our short stay. The bedroom and facilities were very clean. The location is walkable to the Kamakura kokomae station. The surroundings were very peaceful and the views of the coastline was very beautiful. Possible to see Mt Fuji from the beach on a clear day.

Anonymous UserConveniently located around many restaurants and attraction sites. It's old , rustic and got a charm, but definitely a backpacker experience for those who may see if the pictures may mean a host/bnb home. Overall I enjoyed it a fair amount! Did hikes and close walk to the sea too!
