The room was comfertavle and breakfast was great, let alone the breakfast dinning area and setting. Service and care to details was very good but could be somewhat improved....

GGuest UserIt was as always a pleasure to stay in Terminus. Staff is very attentie and some staff in the restaurant remembered me from 12 years back. Room are good and clean, laundry service fast. Food is excellent. What more can one want at this price. And to my great pleasure some African Wildlife murals are back .

GGuest UserPros: The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. It's about an 8-minute walk to the castle, and all major city attractions like the cathedral and Independence Square are easily accessible on foot. The beach is only 5 minutes away. There's a shopping mall just a minute's walk from the hotel, featuring a supermarket and various restaurants, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The staff are friendly and provide thoughtful service. Cons: 1. The bedding design is impractical. The duvet isn't covered by a standard duvet cover; instead, there's just a thin sheet laid over it. This means the sheet easily slides off when you move in your sleep, exposing you directly to the duvet inner which isn't individually washed. This is a significant hygiene concern. 2. The WiFi has clear issues. My phone could connect normally, but my laptop consistently failed to connect to the internet, which is very inconvenient if you need to work. 3. The hotel's facilities are generally outdated. The sofa in the room had noticeable stains, making it look dirty and unkempt. 4. The hotel is located in the old town area of the city center, and the overall neighborhood environment is dirty and chaotic. The external surroundings of the hotel are not pleasant.
