Despite the elegant name, this hotel feels outdated and fairly basic. It’s adequate for a short stay of one or two nights, but not much more. One of the main frustrations was the misleading listing on Trip.com. I paid extra for a king-sized bed and a mountain view, only to discover the hotel only offers queen-sized beds and our “view” was of a car park.
For the second night, we paid significantly less and moved to a room on the fifth floor, which did offer a better view. Interestingly, the room itself was identical to the first—same size and layout—just without the car park outside the window.
Rooms are small but clean, with a painted mural on the wall that adds a bit of character. However, the towels were very worn and rough, more suitable as bathmats than for drying off. There’s no kettle in the room, but you can find hot water and complimentary tea and coffee on the ground floor, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi works well, although the router on the fifth floor needs to be reset daily for it to function properly.
In summary, this hotel delivers on some basic comforts, but it falls short in terms of accuracy and amenities. It’s best suited for very short stays if your expectations are modest.

Booked double room with fan which was in 5rh floor. Clean towel and the room was ok compared to the price but the bathroom. I think the bathroom was renovated before so it has wrong design. The shower area is so narrow with next to washtafel.
It has 24 hours front office, good location as i arrived almost midnight using train. They have storage room behind the front desk.

Nice friendly little hotel with a pool in the backyard. Nothing breathtaking but clean and all you need. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. Chumphon is literally dead after 8 pm so make sure you go eat dinner early.

The hotel location is very good, near Ocean Chumphon. The staff are lovely, polite, smiling, and helpful in everything. As for the room, it's in line with the price. It's okay to sleep in, not dirty. The bed isn't hard, but the duck blanket is a bit thin. The room doesn't smell bad. There's a small refrigerator + 2 bottles of chilled water, a TV, soap, shampoo, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. There are towels. The air conditioner's swing system is broken and a bit dirty, but it's still cool. The bathroom door isn't very good. The room isn't soundproof. Outside noise comes in all the time. The window doesn't have blackout curtains. Kuay jap is provided for breakfast. Overall, it's worth the money.

Spacious big room with laminated wood floor. The only thing it doesn't have is a safety box. There is a electric kettle to boil water. You can even take a bath. Not many hotels in this grade has a bathtub. Room is very big but the 30 inch TV looks tiny sitting in the big room.
The breakfast is simple buffet style and is good. There is toast with jam, Instant coffee and tea, Eggs sunny side up and sausages. Salads, Thai food stir fry and steam rice and fruits and croissants.
This is a great place for an overnight stay enroute to Bangkok or HatYai. I will come back.

The hotel is located in a relatively remote and quiet place, suitable for self-driving people. The hotel has its own restaurant, which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner, with affordable prices and a wide variety of varieties. The room is large enough, with a refrigerator, and the facilities are quite complete. Overall, I am satisfied. The only drawback is that the network quality is too poor, many videos cannot be played, and there is no result after reporting it.

Our room was spotless and came with air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the heat. If you need a hairdryer, you can easily request one at the front desk.
One of the highlights was the little kitchenette available in the mornings from 6 am to 11 am. We enjoyed a nice cappuccino there, and they also have a microwave and microwaveable food for purchase—perfect for anyone arriving late and needing a quick meal.

RRick DownerA little village of cute, brightly-painted and spotlessly clean bungalows at an amazing price, just a couple hundred yards from Sairee Beach and a short drive to all the other (and better) beaches of the Chumphon area. Note that it's a Thai-style resort, with a Thai-style bed (beyond firm), and there's no pool here, but a great stopover at an unbeatable price, with a Thai breakfast in the morning.

Only feedback from this trip is the treadmills need to be fixed so that they don't glitch, very dangerous over the speed of 9.
Also, our room was next to the meeting room on floor 6 and it seemed every person came to make their phone calls in the corridor which was very loud for us. If they could be asked to be quiet on guest floors

NNatamonI had a good stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for my trip purpose; visiting family and friends, with easy access to nearby restaurants. There's plenty of parking space, so I never had to worry about finding a spot. The room was comfortable. The fast Wi-Fi was a big plus, allowing me to stay connected without any interruptions. Overall, it was a good experience, and I will be visiting again.

NNithithip ThongdeeyingWe think the place was grand and the room was spacious. For the price paid, it was totally worth it. It was easy to commute to other places. Train station and the night market is only 5-6 mins away by car and you can also book a Grab / Bolt Taxi to go anywhere from the hotel.
Staff were all sweet and helpful. The lady at the breakfast was very kind and hardworking.
If we visit Chumphon town again, we will definitely stay here!

The second time I stayed in rooms 106 and 107, which were not as good as rooms 102 and 103, I was a little disappointed! I wish the bathroom could be remodeled better! But the boss's attitude is very good!

GGuest UserA lot was broken in the bathroom, the service was very kind, but the location was annoying. We couldn’t get anywhere, we had to contact the hotel and they got us an overpriced taxi. The beach looked nice, we had to walk for multiple hours to get anywhere though. Transportations were always overpriced
