"Wonderful hotel. Amazing landscaping and aesthetic in Lanna style. Lovely room with Japanese toilet! Excellent location - an oasis of calm from the relative hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai (which was actually very calm and relaxing city to be be). I will definitely come back. Breakfast was nothing amazing and the coffee was awful. But the free mini bar was a great touch. Better to go for massage in local places than Waya."

"We had an excellent stay at Sannot Riverside Boutique hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable for the duration of our stay in Chiang Mai. The staff at reception, cleaners and restaurant were fantastic and went the extra mile to assist us during our stay. The hotel was beautiful with the plants, grounds and building maintained well. Some minor suggestions for consideration would be making the pool heated as it was beautiful however to cold to swim in for the duration of our stay. Secondly, the western breakfast would be better with some variety, we ate the same thing each morning which was not ideal. Thirdly, the tv channels could be better if there were more English channels to choose from. Lastly, we would have liked to have larger tea cups in the room."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Astra Sky River Chiang Mai! Everything was perfect the room was spotless, the location was super convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooftop pool with panoramic views was a major highlight and the overall facilities were top-notch. This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful boutique hotel with great service attitude from the employees. The hotel room was very modern and new. The swimming pool and the lobby of the hotel was with great vibes and definetely very instagrammable. A short grab ride away from the university night market and it was a very comfortable stay."

"Everything is great except 2 things they need to improve: 1. Parking - I had to remove traffic cone to parked my car by myself, twice, despite it's very small street, 2 lanes so basically, if you get out of the car, you will block the traffic. 2. TV in the room disconnect from internet, every time it shut. I stay for 1 night but the TV doesnt connect to the internet (it's smart TV) every time I shut the TV. It's annoying to have ppl come into your room twice in 1 day (Hotel should know to use hotel TV not cunsumer TV). 3.Doorlock,should it be RFID card? The manual is cool, traditional but I did forget to lock the room several times as I am familiar with hotel door shut itself everytime no? Beside from these improvments, the room are nice. Asking if I will going back, I don't think so."

"Great location with restaurants, supermarket, massage shops, night markets, etc. within the vicinity. Room is clean and well maintained. Swimming pool was under renovation and guests would have to take chartered transport to Shang-Ri La Hotel nearby if they wanted to use the pool. Gym opening hours are too short though; 7am-7pm. Value for money hotel for anyone looking for good location and halal eateries."

"This hotel is really great! You can see nice art everywhere, in the cafe, the lobby and the rooms. The hotel even has it's own art gallery. I read in a previous review that someone was complaining about the breakfast and the missing egg. I don't share this view at all: The breakfast is really great, you have 8!! options to chose from and you can get an egg and a piece of cake on top! The staff is extremly friendly and the room was really clean with a stylish bathroom. I would definately stay here again!!"

"Perfect location at Nimmanhemin area, very close to almost everything you need in Chiang Mai. Lovely room with functional facilities. Great air conditioning system. Very nice of gym equipment and also swimming pool. Tasty and various choices of breakfast. Staffs are very friendly."

"Absolutely fantastic! SO clean, so luxurious; and has a fancy restaurant and pretty afternoon tea. Absolutely pristine housekeeping - better than any place I've stayed, and I've stayed in Dubai, Fiji, etc. - fancy places. 'Win' is the housekeeper supervisor and he was taking care of our room, I believe. AMAZING housekeeping and the room was just perfection on arrival. I can't fault it. The only thing is the airport transfer - Reception arranged a partner company and it was not luxury and not pleasant, although the vehicle quality was fine. Chino@Nimmas was very accomodating and great responses once they heard my feedback on that and arranged hotel car and staff to drive me back, which was perfect. If they could do that all the time, that would be best, otherwise, I'd recommend arranging your own luxury transfer or ensuring it's their staff and vehicle. 10/10 though stay. We would definitely stay again and it's probably our favourite room and cleanliness of any resort or hotel we've stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot of 5-star luxury ones."
