"Very friendly and helpful staffs, the morning and night markets at main gate are just outside the hotel within few minutes walk. Shops, restaurants, cafe, temples, massage outlets are all there. The hotel staffs also help us to book day tour and airport transfers."

"Na U Hotel is a great place to stay in Chiang Mai. It's located on the edge of the Old Town, making it easy to walk to the main attractions while enjoying a quieter area. Pratu ChiangMai Market is only 2-3 minute walk away and has plenty of delicious authentic Northern thai street food. The room was clean,spacious,and included a nice bathtub.Breakfast is served a' la carte and was fresh and delicious. Overall,it's a comfortable hotel with a convenient location, and I would definitely stay here again."

"I-wualai is simply fantastic. The room is clean n spacious, breakfast was amazing especially the taco. Also free flow of bottles of water and free coffee, snacks n etc from 2pm - 6pm. Highly recommended if anyone wish to visit Chiangmai and stay for a week. Absolutely Worth the value"

"This is my second time staying at this lovely hotel. I must compliment all the staff for their welcoming, happy, polite, helpfulness etc. The breakfast menu selections though is limited but taste awesome. Love the ambience of the hotel, feel comfortable and peaceful. The location is also Easy accessible to any part of the old town, especially the Sunday night market."

During my 20-day stay in Chiang Mai, this was the best value hotel I visited, offering the most attentive service and the most enthusiastic and caring staff. They prepared everything needed for each guest and provided excellent service. The breakfast was also very thoughtfully prepared. The room was beautifully decorated, which I loved. They even provided complimentary fruit and afternoon tea, and toys for the children – it was perfect! Staying here was a great choice…it exceeded my expectations…and the hotel also has a beautiful Thai owner who speaks some Chinese, which is really wonderful! 👍

GGuest UserThe experience with Away Chiang Mai was amazing! Being a vegan, it’s my very first time to stay in a fully vegan hotel. Every morning, I enjoyed the vegan breakfast buffet without needing to read food labels/ guessing if the dish contained any animal ingredients. Apart from food, the room was very comfortable. The swimming pool was not crowded and I could swim freely. What’s more, while the weather was quite cool during my stay, the swimming pool was supplied with warm water. Away Chiang Mai is such a great place for vacation.

Initially attracted by the onsen aspect which turns out to be more than meet the eyes in terms of health attentiveness- quality of local natural spring water and added nourishments. The property offers grand historical values as a former governor’s manor with splendid blended charming old-vibe interior decoration as well as modern comforts. Top notched exclusive spa room especially paired with well-selected massage practitioner (Thai massage is a must!) The room is cozy and fully equipped. Best queen bed, pillows, and comforter I ever experienced; I did not want to get up lol Attentive and courteous staff. Exceed expectations in everyway. Easily earned 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

GGuest UserA beautiful serendipitous spot to relax. Staff are all friendly and have high service mindset. I asked for Khao Soi which is not on menu and they did it for me. Surprisingly the dish was so delicious, one of good Khao Soi bowls I had. All details in the hotel are so well-curated. A location is good, nearby Wat U-mong which is nice to visit by walking. Not too far to go to center of a city. Lovely experience staying there.

GGuest UserPeaceful and calm stay, truly worth the money. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises at all. Everything felt comfortable, well-maintained, and relaxing. A great place to unwind, and I would definitely recommend it.

VVanthy MaiIf you want a room with good price located inside old town then you should consider this place. However there are some pro and con for your information. Pro: reasonable price. Great location. Friendly staffs swimming pool. Con: room should be a bit more clean than that. AC was really loud.
